As you enter a brand New Year
As you enter a brand New Year, I want to encourage you through these passages to exercise the resurrection power within you. God‘s word is the key to victory as you face the many demands and expectations on you in 2012. Let’s make this a year in which we are intentional to develop and keep the discipline of seeking God first. He promises that when we seek Him first, He will supply “all these things” that He knows we need in our lives. Join with me in committing to seek Him first not only for yourself, but also for the people underneath your care.
Seek Him first, and all that you need, He will provide. All that you need for your life, family and ministry, He will take care of. Matt 6:33
Two days that you must not let control you – yesterday and tomorrow. Matt 6:34
God wants to do a new thing in your life. Forget the former things, and do not DWELL on the past. “See, I am doing a new thing.” Isaiah 43:18-19
God says that He has preserved your life. It’s already done. Walk in this promise in 2011. Psalms 119:49-50
He can do exceeding; abundantly above all you can ask or think. Stay connected to the power source. Ephesians 3:20
Abide, and bear fruit! John 15:5
He will give you new strength! New strength is a result of the joy of the Lord. Nehemiah 8:10
“Do not fear, for I am with you, I am your God, I will strengthen you, surely I will help you. Surely I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10
