Jesus is my closet Friend,
He goes with me everywhere
with Him there is always
a peaceful atmosphere.

We never fight or argue,
we agree on everything
with Him always at my side
the road is easy traveling.

Some days it gets bumpy,
others, it’s calm and smooth
but, no matter what greets us
Jesus is always there to soothe.

When the sun is shinning,
I know it’s a perfect day . . .
to take a long walk with Him
so together we can pray.

When the skies are stormy,
when darkness is all I see
I believe and I trust Him
to protect and shelter me.

Jesus is my best Friend,
He goes every where I go . . .
when ever we are together
there’s a peaceful, loving glow!
