I Am Not Just Blessed; I Am A Blessing To Nations

I Am Not Just Blessed; I Am A Blessing To Nations

Ephesians_1-3. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:

“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work”. 2 Corinthians 9:8 (KJV)

Beloved, the word of God is God’s personal writing to you. Yes, it was first written to men of old, but every word there is relevant to us today. Don’t let the devil deceive you into excluding yourself. I can imagine someone reading this today and saying, “I don’t know what to believe anymore! I have tried all I know how to do, yet nothing seems to be working.” If this describes you, I am glad you are reading this devotional today, because God is set to turn your story around.

When God gave us this theme, He already knew what you had been through. He knows your past and present and nothing is hid before Him. Yet He says that this is your Year of all Sufficiency. Don’t entertain one iota of doubt in your heart. Like Mary, simply receive and say to God, “be it unto me according to your word.”

Look at today’s verse again. I need you to get genuinely excited about the word of God to you this year. Remember, God does not crack jokes, He says what He means and means what He says. This year, you will have sufficiency in all things. Whether it is in finances, the fruit of the womb, a job, an examination, marriage, etc.-whatever area of life, I declare that this is your year. Guess what? You will not just have sufficiency; you will abound unto all good work. What does this mean? It means that no matter what you are called for, you will have the resources to meet it in Jesus name. He did it for Abraham; He will do it for you. Abraham was not just blessed; nations were blessed through Him. You will not just be blessed; you will be a blessing in Jesus name.
