I Have A Friend Who Is Ever Nigh
Whether I Sleep Or Wake
Ever He Guards With A Watchful Eye,
He Knoweth The Way That I Take

He Knoweth The Way That I Take
And Keeps Me When Asleep Or Awake
And Lead Me For His Own Name’s Sake
He Knowth The Way That I Take

I Have A Friend Who Is Always Near
One Who Will Never Forsake
What Though My Pathway Be Dark And Dear
He Knoweth The Way That I Take.

I Have A Friend Who Will Guide Me On
Until The Shadows Break
Leading Me On, Till My Crown Is Won
He Knoweth The Way That I Take.
Amen!

In Tenderness Jesus Sought Me

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God, Prayer Works, God Answers Prayers

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God, Prayer Works, God Answers Prayers

In Tenderness He Sought Me
Weary And Sick With Sin
And On His Shoulders Brought Me
Back To His Fold Again
While Angels In His Presence Sang
Until The Courts Of Heaven Rang!

Oh The Love That Sought Me!
Oh, The Blood That Brought Me!
Oh, The Grace That Brought Me To The Fold
Wondrous Grace That Brought Me To The Fold!

He Washed The Bleeding Sin Wounds
And Poured In Oil And Wine
He Whispered To Assure Me
“I’ve Found Thee, Thou Art Mine”
I Never Heard A Sweeter Voice
It Made My Aching Heart Rejoice!

He Pointed To The Nail Prints
For Me His Blood Was Shed
A Mocking Crown So Thorny
Was Placed Upon His Head
I Wondered What He Saw In Me
To Suffer Such Deep Agony.

I’m Sitting In His Presence
The Sunshine Of His Face
While With Adoring Wonder
His Blessings I Retrace
It Seems As If Eternal Days
Are Far Too Short To Sound His Praise.

So While The Hours Are Passing
All Now Is Perfect Rest
I’m Waiting For The Morning
The Brightest And The Best
When He Will Call Us To His Side
To Be With Him, His Spotless Bride. Amen!

Thank You Jesus!

I’ve Found A Friend; Oh Such A Friend!

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends

I’ve Found A Friend; Oh Such A Friend!
He Loved Me Ere I Knew Him
He Drew Me With The Cords Of Love
And Thus He Bound Me To Him
And Round My Heart Still Closely Twine
Those Ties Which Naught Can Sever
For I Am His, And He Is Mine
Forever And Forever

I’ve Found A Friend; Oh Such A Friend!
He Bled, He Died To Save Me
And Not Alone The Gift Of Life
But His Own Self He Gave Me
Naught That I Have My Own I Call
I Hold It For The Giver
My Heart, My Strength, My Life
My All
Are His And His Forever

I’ve Found A Friend; Oh Such A Friend!
All Power To Him Is Given
To Guard Me On My Onward Course
And Bring Me Safe To Heaven
Eternal Glories Gleam Afar
To Nerve My Faint Endeavor;
So Now To Watch, To Work, To
War,
And Then To Rest For Ever.

I’ve Found A Friend; Oh, Such A
Friend!
So Kind. And True, And Tender!
So Wise A Counselor And
Guide,
So Mighty A Defender!
From Him Who Loves Me Now
So Well
What Power My Soul Shall Sever?
Shall Life, Or Death, Or Earth, Or Hell?
No! I Am His For Ever.

Thank You Jesus!

Far Away The Noise Of Strife

Psalms_50-15: And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.

Psalms_50-15: And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.

Far Away The Noise Of Strife
Upon Lay Ear Is Falling,
Then I Know The Sins Of Earth Be Set On Every Hand:
Doubts And Fear And Things Of
Earth In Vain To Me Are Calling,
None Of These Shall Move Me From Beulah Land.

I’m Living On The Mountain,
Underneath A Cloudless Sky,
I’m Drinking At The Fountain
That Never Shall Run Dry,
Oh, Yes! Pm Feasting On The
Manna From A Bountiful Supply,
For I Am Dwelling In Beulab Land.

Far Below The Storm Of Doubt
Upon The World Is Beating,
Sons Of Men In Battle Long
The Enemy Withstand;
Safe Am I Within The Castle Of
God’s Word Retreating;
Nothing Then Can Reach Me
‘Tis Beulha Land.

Let The Stormy Breezes Blow,
Their Cry Cannot Alarm Me,
I Am Safely Sheltered Here
Protected By God’s Hand;
Here The Sun Is Always Shining,
Here There’s Naught Can Harm
Me,
I Am Safe For Ever In Beulah Land.

Viewing Here The Works Of God,
I Sink In Contemplation,
Hearing Now His Blessed Voice,
I See The Way Is Planned:
Dwelling In The Spirit, Here I
Learn Of Full Salvation,
Gladly Will I Tarry In Beulah
Land. Amen!

Thank You Jesus!

God Loves Me In Spite Of My Failures And Shortcomings

God Loves Me In Spite Of My Failures And Shortcomings

Romans_8-35: Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Romans_8-35: Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

“And we have known and believed the love that God hath in us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.”

1 John 4:16 (KJV)

Irrespective of the challenges you may be facing, understand and believe that the love of God for you will always put you on top. Nothing can withstand or be greater than God’s love for you. Hear this: “Who, then, can separate us from the love of Christ? Can trouble do it, or hardship or persecution or hunger or poverty or danger or death? As the scripture says, ‘For your sake we are in danger of death at all times; we are treated like sheep that are going to be slaughtered.’ No, in all these things we have complete victory through him who loved us! For I am certain that nothing can separate us from his love: neither death nor life, neither angels nor other heavenly rulers or powers, neither the present nor the future, neither the world above nor the world below-there is nothing in all creation that will ever be able to separate us from the love of God which is ours through Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:35-39, GNT).

The scripture above is assurance that God’s love for us is greater and stronger than anything the devil can throw at us. God does not love us because of something that we have done or something that we possess. His love for us is the agape love; it is love not “because of” but “in spite of”. God loves you in spite of your failures and shortcomings. He loves you irrespective of your height and weight. He loves you no matter your age. He loves you so much that He had Jesus die in your stead so that you could come boldly to Him.

In view of the love that the Father has for you, you should go to bed without fear, knowing that we are covered in every way. You can rest assured that He has your back. Know this: we will always win in the fight of life, not because of our love for Him, but because of His love for us.

God’s Blessing Is Never Earned, Deserved, Or Merited

God’s Blessing Is Never Earned, Deserved, Or Merited

Proverbs_10-22: The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it

Proverbs_10-22: The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it

“So then they which be of faith are blessed with the faithful Abraham.”

Galatians 3:9 (KJV)

As long as you are struggling to earn, deserve, or merit the blessing of God, you will wait for the blessing for a very long time. God’s blessing is never earned, deserved, or merited. Blessings are received by grace. This is a fact I have been hammering home and I will not stop until every single believer gets it. You cannot earn God’s blessing; you simply receive it.

According to our text, if you accept that you are justified or made righteous by faith and not by your deeds you are blessed with faithful Abraham. In Romans 4:6, Abraham believed in God (and did not do right), and he was accounted for righteousness. Romans 4:5-6 says, “But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works” (KJV). So all you need to do is believe that the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus have made you righteous. And because of it you are in the company of the blessed and cannot be cursed.

When you realise that you are blessed by faith and not by works, life will stop being a struggle. You will go through life with clear knowledge of the fact that God is for you. You will walk with your shoulders high, and nothing will intimidate you. Then you will reign over the affairs of life here and now.

Don’t let the devil make you cower or deceive you in to thinking that God’s blessing is for everyone except you. There is no exception to the message of grace. Only the person who has refused to accept Jesus as the Lord and Saviour will be left out. The blood washes the worst sinner and the cleanest sinner. Did you read that carefully? I didn’t say the “cleanest saint”, but the “cleanest sinner”. Do you know why I wrote this? It is because all have sinned. So no matter how piously you try to live your life, you cannot enjoy the fullness that Jesus has made available to man unless you have already accepted Him as your personal Lord and Saviour. You can only be blessed by faith, so enjoy this new status today (2 Corinthians 5:21, Romans 5:17).

The Power Of The Love That Keeps Me From Sin

The Power Of The Love That Keeps Me From Sin

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

“But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.”

Psalm 130:4 (KJV)

Contrary to popular and erroneous religious views, fear does not produce a new creation but faith in the Lord does. Over the years, there’s been the mistaken idea that it is God’s wrath, anger, and judgment on anyone who falls short of His righteous requirements that produces the fear of Him.

To fully understand and apply the Bible, you must know the dispensation that God was dealing with in its different accounts. God dealt with each dispensation differently. You cannot apply His dealings with those under the law as though they were under grace. God deals with the new creation under grace, so you cannot apply the law to it. The new creation enjoys the grace of God.

The text says that it is God’s forgiveness that causes us to fear (revere) Him. It is not His judgment. This sounds contradictory. I thought that you take people for granted when they easily forgive. I thought that it is the man with the cane who is feared and not the one with a heart of love. This situation is true in the natural; but when you understand true love, then you will understand the power of the love that keeps you from sin.

In John 8, a woman caught in adultery received forgiveness and was offered the gift of no condemnation from Jesus. I guarantee you that the woman left feeling deeply relieved, and she likely held the Lord in awe throughout her life. She obviously expected to be stoned to death. I imagine her kneeling with her eyes closed, waiting for the first stone to land on her head, only to hear the Master ask, “Where are thine accusers?” I am sure the woman had died several times in her head because she expected the stoning. But the love of God reached her, and she was totally forgiven. Being delivered from death that she deserved is something that she could not understand. This is grace. Let this grace envelope your life so that you will live in fear (reverence) of God, Amen!

It Is More Blessed To Give Than To Receive. The Lifestyle Of Giving

It Is More Blessed To Give Than To Receive. The Lifestyle Of Giving

Jeremiah_29-11: For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end

Jeremiah_29-11: For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end

“I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.”

Acts 20:35 (KJV)

We live in a world where everyone is striving to get whatever they can; people will lie or even kill if need be in order to get more and fulfil their desires. Indeed, it is a world of greed, avarice, covetousness, and self-centeredness. The end result is nothing other than dissatisfaction and emptiness.

Our text today tells us that there is a blessed and superior platform that we are expected to stand on. This platform makes us outstanding and unique. “[. . .] It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35, KJV). What a powerful revelation. Stop for a moment and think about the full import of this statement. It completely contradicts the way the world thinks. The world thinks, “Get all you can, put others in the can, close the can, and sit on the can. This is the opposite of the blessed way. The blessed way is for you to get in order to give yourself an opportunity to give to others. The blessed platform is for you to live a lifestyle of giving. God gave all to Adam; He put him in charge. When Adam messed up, God began a program of restoration and again God gave His only begotten Son to the world.

Jesus also continued the lifestyle of giving; He gave His life for sinners. He lived daily to show that there is a better way to live other than being driven by acquisition. If God and Jesus function in this way, it must be a superior platform. They have definitely shown us something that is strange to humanity. All mankind had known since the fall was how to acquire, but Jesus came to show us how to be a channel of blessing. There is no record of Jesus acquiring, yet His needs were met. His robe was so expensive that soldiers could not cut it into pieces; they had to cast lots for it. He was buried in a tomb where no man had ever laid. He did all of this to show us a higher way of living: the lifestyle of giving.

Let your life be a life that gives (time, talent, money, etc.) at all times. Don’t wait until you have become “successful”. Learn to share the little you have. If you do not learn to give the little you have, you will never give the big things. Learn to share and make giving a lifestyle. Then you will see a new dimension of grace rest upon you.

Christ Nailed The Law To The Cross. He Freed Me From The Bondage Of The Law, And Where There Is No Law, There Is No Sin

Christ Nailed The Law To The Cross. He Freed Me From The Bondage Of The Law, And Where There Is No Law, There Is No Sin

Romans_8-2: For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Romans_8-2: For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

“Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.”

Romans 3:20 (KJV)

Notice that our text today very clearly states that no flesh shall be justified in the sight of God by the deeds of the law (the Ten Commandments and all other ordinances). Now, let us look at this matter from this standpoint: going by this scripture, everyone is condemned because all have sinned. The sin is not a function of what you did or did not do; it is a function of the fact that you were born. Inherent in you is the nature of sin, and once there is law, there will definitely be sin. And the cost of sin is death.

Notice also in this text that it is the law that gives us the knowledge that we are sinners. For the more we know of God’s laws, the clearer it becomes that we are not obeying them. His laws serve only to make us see that we are sinners. Thank God we are not left in that limbo since we see our way out in Romans 3:21-22. The righteousness of God without the law has now been manifested, as witnessed by the law and the prophets. The righteousness of God is given to all by faith because of Jesus Christ. God has now shown us a different way to heaven. It is not about “being good enough” and trying to keep His laws. Instead, God will accept and acquit us-He will declare us as “not guilty”, if we trust Jesus Christ to take away our sins. We can all be saved in this same way: by coming to Christ no matter who we are or what we have done (Romans 3:21-22, TLB).

In other words, what did Jesus do? He nailed the law to the cross. He freed us from the bondage of the law, and where there is no law, there is no sin. Therefore we are born into a life where we must love God and do not need to live by any rules. The more you love God, the more pleasing you are to Him. And sin has no dominion over you, because you are not under the law. So stop struggling with the law; rather, accept your placement in Christ. Away with the law!

God’s Grace. I Am Living In Fellowship With God Through Christ Jesus

God’s Grace. I Am Living In Fellowship With God Through Christ Jesus

Psalms_84-11: For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly

Psalms_84-11: For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly

“What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?”

Romans 6:1 (KJV)

Oftentimes when people hear the message about God’s grace to His children, it is so good and radical that they ask the questions in our text for today. As a matter of fact, if this line of thought has not crossed your mind, you have never heard the message of grace. Every time the message of grace is preached, people see it as a licence for sin. They are so consumed with the desire to do right that they ask, “Why are you licencing sin by preaching grace?” I have come to answer this question. The message of grace takes the law out of the way and brings you to an unparalleled relationship with God where He alone is the focus.

Paul preached grace in a radical way and the people asked him the same question. However, when you understand grace, you will discover that it does not make you sin more but less. The truth is that if you believe and receive what Jesus Christ did for you when you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, then you will realise that when you were baptised into Him, you were also baptised into everything He did. When Jesus died, He died for and as us (in other words, he died in our stead). When He was buried, He was buried for us and as us (that is, He took our place). And when He rose again, He rose for us and as us (so we also rose). “For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection” (Romans 6:5, KJV). And because He died, sin has no power over Him. Now He lives His life in fellowship with God. In the same manner, you are to think of yourself as dead so far as sin is concerned; you are living in fellowship with God through Christ Jesus.

When you think of your salvation, see yourself in Christ when He hung on the cross. See yourself in Him when He was buried, and see yourself in Him when He rose again from the dead. In Christ Jesus you have dominion over sin. You can only live in this manner when you accept it as true.

I Mess Up Every Now And Again, But God Still Loves Me

I Mess Up Every Now And Again, But God Still Loves Me

Ephesians_2-8: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Ephesians_2-8: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

“Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?”

Romans 2:4 (KJV)

I believe that the time has come for God’s people to truly understand the heart of the Father. Unfortunately, a very misleading picture of God has been painted over the years, leaving the impression that our Father, God, is mad at His children and is watching us very closely to see if we make any mistakes so that He can pass judgment on us. This image has created are a very fearful, distant relationship between God and us. The truth is that we mess up every now and again, so we have a tendency of hiding from God, like Adam did in the garden.

Beloved, while God hates sin, He still loves us so much that He has extended His goodness to us. He will never withdraw His goodness because you have messed up. The scripture tells us that it is His goodness that leads us to repentance. It is not His judgment or His hammer knocking us on the head that leads us to repentance. Look out for His goodness and wrap yourself around Him when you mess up, because He is there to lead you out of your troubles.

Don’t get consumed in your errors; be consumed by His love. I have repeated this teaching over and over again because I realise that it is very hard for people to absorb. Think on it: God loves you in spite of you and is looking forwards to receiving you not when you do right, but right now.

I know that we have been taught over and over again that God’s wrath generates fear in order to keep us from sin. But that doctrine is not in the Bible. All we see in the Bible is His perfect love that casts out fear. Don’t get consumed with the lie of the devil. Stop expecting His wrath. Always expect His goodness. Then His goodness will not only come over you, but it will also overtake you in Jesus’s name.

Husbands, Love Your Wives, Just As Christ Loved The Church And Gave Himself Up For Her

Husbands, Love Your Wives, Just As Christ Loved The Church And Gave Himself Up For Her

Ephesians_5-25: Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it

Ephesians_5-25: Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it

A woman’s greatest need is for security. Her most secure environment is one in which she is married to a sacrificial, sensitive man.
The Bible describes that kind of husband in Ephesians 5:25. Paul writes, “Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.”
Men, Jesus gave His life for you, and you are to follow His example in your marriage. In other words, love her more than you love yourself. Sacrifice for her.
What does a sacrificial husband look like?
• He is dedicated to serving his wife.
• He puts her needs above his own.
• He makes sure she gets whatever she needs.
• He studies his wife to understand her better.
• He communicates with her and shares what’s on his heart.
• He doesn’t need to be nagged. When she asks for something, he does it.
Paul says a husband’s love for his wife is to be the same kind of love that Jesus had for the church. Jesus sacrificed Himself as the perfect Lamb of God.
To meet your wife’s need for security, guys, you have to show that same sacrificial spirit—which means you may have to give something up.

You might have to sacrifice:
• An interest or hobby, even if it’s something you’re passionate about.
• A certain group of friends who are destructive toward your marriage.
• An event or opportunity that takes you away from home or your family.
• A promotion that means longer hours or more travel.
• A job that is keeping you from being the husband and father she needs you to be.
Jesus sacrificed for us, and a husband is called to sacrifice for his wife. Meeting her need for security means using both your words and actions to tell her, “Nothing is as important to me as you are, and I will give up anything to make sure your needs are met.”

A woman will feel insecure when the man she has married is selfish and detached, when she knows she is low on his priority list. She will feel the most secure when she knows her husband is always thinking about her—and willing to sacrifice anything for her.
Guys, does your wife know that about you?

Thank You Jesus!

The Fruit Of My Mouth

The Fruit Of My Mouth

Romans_10-10: For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation

Romans_10-10: For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation

“A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled” Proverbs 18:20(KJV)

Child of God, the world may be crying and dying, but your case can be different. The only person deciding your fate is you. What have you been saying? If you say all is well, then it will be so. If you confess starvation, then you will have it. If you speak of lack and hunger over your life, God will not overrule them, because you will have what you say. The power of the tongue can never be overemphasized. While the world is speaking its language, you should speak from heaven, because He that is from above is above all.

Today, I have come to challenge you to maximize the power of your tongue. Remember, there is life and death in the power of the tongue. Whatever you use your tongue for is what you get. Don’t stay mute in the face of problems. Never let the devil have the last say. God created all things by the power of His word, and He has put everything at your disposal. The power is now in your hands. Don’t allow the devil to make you cower and to shut you up. Speak into your world and you will have what you say.

Every day as you wake up, make declarations into your day. Declare that it is a day the Lord has made and that you will rejoice and be glad in it. Declare that the lines have fallen unto you in pleasant places and that you have a goodly heritage. Speak over every situation and circumstance. Set your day in motion the way you want it to be, and you will reap the fruit of your lips. Don’t just think the scriptures; speak them into the day. Shape your world by your word.

Psalms_62-1: Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation

Psalms_62-1: Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation

Oh, Bless The Lord, My Soul!
His Grace To Thee Proclaim,
And All That Is Within Me Join
To Bless His Holy Name.

Oh, Bless The Lord, My Soul!
His Mercies Bear In Mind,
Forget Not All His Benefits;
The Lord To Thee Is Kind.

He Will Not Always Chide;
He Will With Patience Wait;
His Wrath Is Ever Slow To Rise
And Ready To Abate.

He Pardons All Thy Sins,
Prolongs Thy Feeble Breath;
He Healeth Thine Infirmities,
And Ransoms Thee From Death.

He Clothes Thee With His Love
Upholds Thee With His Truth
And, Like The Eagle, He Renews
The Vigour Of Thy Youth.

Then Bless His Holy Name
Whose Grace Hath Made Thee Whole
Whose Loving-Kindness Crowns Thy Days
Oh, Bless The Lord, My Soul! Amen!

Thank You Jesus!

There Is Victory Within My Soul

But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ

But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ

There Is Victory Within My Soul
For The Spirit With Me Abides,
Let The Waves Of Temptation Roll,
Jesus Keeps Me Whatever Betides.

Victory, Victory, Victory In My Soul,
I Have Glorious Victory Since Jesus Took Control,
Victory, Victory, Sweeping Like A Flood,
I Have Glorious Victory Through Jesus’ Blood.

Though The Conflict Be Fierce And Long,
Though The Tempter My Heart Assail
In My Weakness Yet I Am Strong,
For With Jesus I’ll Ever Prevail.

I Have Victory Over Sin,
I Have Victory Over The Grave;
Even Death Now Has Lost Its Sting,
Hallelujah! I Know I’m Saved. Amen!

Thank You Jesus!

I Always Go To Jesus, When Troubled Or Distressed

John_14-2: In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you

John_14-2: In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you

I Always Go To Jesus, When Troubled Or Distressed
I Always Find A Refuge,
Upon His Loving Breast,
I Tell Him All My Trials,
I Tell Him All My Grief,
And While My Lips Are
Speaking,
He Gives My Heart Relief.

When Full Of Dread Forebodings,
And Flowing O’er My Tears
He Calms Away My Sorrow,
And Hushes All My Fears,
He Comprehends My Weakness,
The Peril I Am In,
And He Supplies The Armour,
I Need To Conquer Sin.

I Always Go To Jesus,
No Matter When Or Where
I Seek His Gracious Presence,
I’m Sure To Find Him There
In Times Of Joy Or Sorrow
What’er My Need May Be,
I Always Go To Jesus,
And Jesus Comes To Me. Amen!

Thank You Jesus!

O Happy Day That Fixed My Choice

Romans_12-12: Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer

Romans_12-12: Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer

O Happy Day That Fixed My Choice
On Thee My Savior And My God!
Well May This Glowing Heart Rejoice
And Tell Its Raptures All Abroad.

Happy Day, Happy Day
When Jesus Washed My Sins Away!
He Taught Me How To Watch And Pray
And Live Rejoicing Everyday
Happy Day, Happy Day
When Jesus Washed My Sins Away.

Tis Done, The Great Transaction’s Done!
I Am My Lord’s And He Is Mine
He Drew Me And I Followed On
Charmed To Confess The Voice Divine.

Now Rest, My Long-Divided Heart
Fixed On This Blissful Centre Rest
Nor Ever From Thy Lord Depart
With Him Of Every Good Possessed.

High Heaven That Heard The Solemn Vow
That Vow Renewed Shall Daily Hear
Till In Life’s Latest Hour I Bow
And Bless In Death A Bond So Dear. Amen!
