Be A Cheerful Giver.

Psalms_37-4: Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

Romans 15:25-28
So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. 2 Cor. 9:7
Some people give tithes and offering but never seem to receive the promise of God made to those who give their tithes and offerings. In Malachi 3:10-12, God enumerates the blessings that will come upon those who bring Him tithes. We have to understand that “God is not a man that He should lie; neither the son of man, that He should repent: has He said and shall He not do it or has He spoken and shall He not make it good? Numbers 23:19
What then may hinder God’s promise from coming to pass? We are supposed to give to God not reluctantly or as if under compulsion or grudgingly. God love a cheerful giver.
In 1 Chronicles 29:14, David, in blessing the Lord said, “But who am l, and who are my people that we should be able to offer so willingly as this? For all things come from you, and of your own we have given you.” This is the right spirit to have in giving to God. Believers need to come to the realisation that all good things come from God including money. Pray unto the Most High God to make you a cheerful giver, so as to receive the blessing thereof.
