Proverbs 25:28

 “He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls.”

When someone gets you angry, sing choruses. As you sing, you are inviting the Holy Spirit to take control and since He is a gentle Spirit, once He comes in, the anger will go. At others times, you may just quietly leave a place to avoid getting angry.

Whatever you do, ensure anger does not control you.

“Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools.” Ecclesiastes 7:9

Don’t be a fool.

Pray.

 Father please do not let anger dictate how you behave.
