There were three lust that John wrote about in the new testament.The lust of the flesh, eyes and pride of the eyes.

For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of the life, is not of the father,but is of the world. (1 John 2:16)

LUST OF THE FLESH

Jesus had been tempted by the lust of the flesh. In The Gospel of luke, he tells the story of Jesus in the wilderness for forty days tempted by Satan.

(Jesus) Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered. And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread. (Luke 4:2-3)
