For as long as i can remember i have struggled with my mental heath, for as long as i can remember ive begged God to take away the affliction of depression, the affliction of anxiety, for as long as i can remember i have begged God to heal me, to heal me of my lack of confidence to heal me of my low self esteem and self worth, to heal me of my life long crippling fear of so many things. My life long prayer consists of me crying out to god to change my heart, to change my mind. Only today did i realise that God has been listening all these years.

God loves me, he has never stopped loving me and he never will!! Today i realised that the small victories count, today it dawned on me just how far i come, how far God has brought me…
