I was sitting here encouraging myself this morning about the promises God gave me. I’ve been trying too many things yet trying to find the right choice.

The Lord reminded me of His promises. His ways are not our ways, and neither are HIs thoughts our thoughts.

He also reminded me that His plans are better than what I can imagine and that I must not grow weary in well doing.

So, this morning I encouraged myself to be content with what the Lord has blessed me with and to focus on perfecting that which He gave me.

I must lay aside every distraction and all those things which cause me to stray from the truth of the Word of God and His promises to me.

I must be content with what I have and not allow the enemy to distract me and throw me off course. I realize that…
