Today I am starting a new journey with my skin and health. Being a passionate Esthetician my focus is on skin and its health, slowing the aging process and getting and keeping that youthful healthy glow. For the most part, I am very diligent when it comes to this part of my wellness; however, I have been severally lacking when it comes to the inside of my body. I know that great skin does come from the inside out. Our skin reflects our overall bodily health. If we eat clean and good our skin will appear clean and good, when we fill our bodies with sugar, greasy fatty foods our skin will also show this in a lot of different ways and through varies skin conditions.
