Elisha found himself standing alone when he was used to being with his leader. His faith, provision, and victories were all based on the faith and actions of his leader. But one day he had to trust the God of his leader. He had to look to God for himself. This is exactly where He wants us—looking to Him for our needs and desires every day—not waiting for some special blessing to fall from someone else.
