More Than 30 People Killed This Morning By 2 Female suicide bombers in Maiduguri market

Two female suicide bombers struck at a crowded market in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital at about 11:30 this morning, killing more than 30 traders and injuring many more.

Lawal Audu, a member of the vigilante group, the civilian JTF confirmed the attack saying so many Boko Haram fighters are now in Maiduguri, the Borno state capital.

“They followed the IDPs to come to town. They even slaughter two people in one of the camps and they have been going about causing havoc in some parts of the state.”

According to Lawal, the soldiers who were working with them went to the scene of the blast and told them that, security have cordon the area, but did not speak to them about the casualty figure.
