Our consumer-driven culture tells us that, unless we have the best TV, the best car, and the best house filled with the best things, then we’re not living life to the fullest. And, isn’t life meant to be lived fully?

As we watch TV shows based in fantasy, we think, “That’s what my house needs to look like. That’s what my car needs to look like.” We may go into debt to make it happen, and then worry about our debt, not having enough, how we’re going to pay…
