Integrity.

Philippians_4-8: Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Introduction:
Integrity is a state of being honest and having strong moral principle. It is an unimpaired condition of moral soundness; and, the quality of being complete or undivided.

Integrity means what a person says and what he or she does are the same, the results are consistent. Unfortunately, integrity is a scare commodity in the present day society and a person of integrity is sometimes seen as a social deviant or non-conformist.

Why Is Integrity Important?
