Everyone is a leader. A leader is someone who influences others in a particular direction. Everyone leads in some manner or another. When you stand around the water cooler and talk to your friends at work, you’re leading. When you raise your children or your grandchildren, you’re leading. When you go onto Facebook, Twitter, when you write things or blog things, you’re leading.
