To love or lose your health?

I just finished watching a short video on youtube by Dr. Bobby Price

“7 Reasons Why You Should Start Sleep On Your Left Side TONIGHT!” And I started laughing. One of my sins as a married man was sleeping on my left side.

Madam wanted to be held and cuddled at night! That means I would sleep on my right side or on my back and suffer disorientation (few occasions vertigo) and arm pains the next morning.

Or sleep on my left side, backing her and wake up strong and healthy!

Mind you, I have to leave the house before 4:30am the next morning for work.

The battle line was drawn!

It was either I sleep facing her or risk losing a happy home.

I chose my health over love.

Boom! The rest is history!

Sometimes pick up your phone and google why some people behave the way they do, it could save you a lot of heart ache.
