DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE?

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

Who are you? If you’re asked this question, you should always have an answer. There’s something I say often, “I know who I am.” This isn’t just a fancy statement, but a declaration of my identity in Christ Jesus.

You’re special, made in the image and likeness of God. You’re the child of the most-high God, and He lives in you through the Holy Spirit. There’s absolutely nothing ordinary about you; you’re the new creation! Hallelujah!

Therefore, refuse to just let anything happen to you; rather, take charge of your life through your words of faith, as someone who truly knows who he is.

1 Peter 2:9-12 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

11 Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;

I know who I am; I’m a child of the most-high God. A world overcomer, a victor, a success, and one blessed in every way. Hallelujah!
