A family member is anyone I share bloodline with, Children, Father, Mother, Siblings, Uncles, Aunties, Cousins, Nephews and Nieces. As long as I can trace the bloodline we are family.

And by extension any friend that has been tested and proven to be honest and trustworthy is a family member.
