A Successful Vision Paints A Vivid Picture
Most proponents will tell you that human planning of any kind is most successful when a vision is in place first.
A vision must focus on the future and serve as a concrete foundation for a person. It does not fluctuate from year to year but serves as an enduring promise. A successful vision paints a vivid picture of the person and, though future – based, is in the present tense, as if it were being realized now…. A vision must give people the feeling that their lives and work are intertwined and moving towards recognizable legitimate goals.
