DESIRE TO TOUCH JESUS

“As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God”. Psalms:42:1.

The Bible gave an account of a crowd following Jesus and His disciples and Jesus suddenly turned round and asked, “who touched me?” Peter said what do you mean who touched you.

There is a crowd here and you asked who touched me? But what Jesus was saying in essence is that there are touches but there is a touch. Some came to touch and feel the fabrics of His cloth. Some came and touched out of curiosity and went the same way they came. Some others touched by mistake. But there was a woman who came and touched for a specific purpose, because she believed Jesus was the Man sent for her healing.
