A wise man said, “There is an evil I have seen under the sun that proceeded from the rulers thereof. Folly is set in great dignity, and the rich sit in low place. I have seen servants upon horses, and princes walking as servants upon the earth.”

He said this situation is evil; those who are supposed to know better are the ones who have allowed the situation to occur.
