Too many people testify after the things have been added, and after the pressure is off. They testify after the financial miracle or the healing has taken place, not while they’re in the middle of a problem. But let me tell you what I’ve learned. The best time to testify is when you’re in the middle of the storm. The promises of God-His abundance-will enter your heart when your mouth speaks His word, and you will have what you say!
