Proverbs_22-6: Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it

“Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it”. Proverbs 22:10 (KJV).

Create in your children the right values; teach them integrity, hard work, honesty, godliness and the fear of the Lord. You must consciously work hard as a parent or guardian to ensure that your children inculcate biblical virtues by showing them the right path and be seen to follow those paths yourself.

I encourage you to call them out to join you for morning devotion and allow them also to lead in one capacity or the other. When it is time for church, make sure you bring them along because they also need to hear the word of God. Take genuine interest in…
