Last Thursday night I ran out of fuel on Third Mainland Bridge.
11pm.
Phone at 2%.
No powerbank.
I want to tell you what happened next.
I pushed the hazard lights on and sat in the car.
Trying to think.
Cars were flying past me.
Nobody slowed down.
Not one person.
Lagos at night on that bridge is a different kind of alone. After about 15 minutes I saw headlights slow down behind me.
A danfo bus.
Old. Battered. One headlight slightly dim.
The driver came down.
Big man. Rough looking. Dirty shirt. Chewing something.
My first thought was fear.
My second thought was I had no choice. He looked at my car.
Looked at me.
Said “fuel?”
I nodded.
He didn’t say anything else.
Just went back to his bus.
I thought he was leaving.
He wasn’t. He came back with a small gallon.
Maybe two liters.
Old plastic container with a rubber pipe attached.
Like he kept it specifically for situations like this.
He poured it into my tank without being asked.
Without negotiating.
Without even looking at me for approval. I started the car.
It came on.
I came down immediately and opened my wallet.
I had ₦15,000 on me.
I held it out to him.
He looked at the money.
Then looked at me.
And shook his head. I thought he wanted more.
I told him it was all I had.
He said “keep am.”
Just like that.
Keep am.
I stood there confused.
This man just helped a stranger on a bridge at 11pm and didn’t want anything. I asked him why.
He leaned against his bus.
Took a long breath.
And said something I have not stopped thinking about since. He said in 1998 he broke down on that same bridge.
Night time.
Pregnant wife in the passenger seat.
No phone. No money. No fuel.
He said he sat there for almost an hour crying and praying. Then a man in a big car stopped.
Suit and tie.
Looked like someone who had no business stopping for a danfo driver.
But he stopped.
Bought fuel from somewhere.
Came back.
Filled his tank.
Refused every kobo he offered.
Said only one thing before he drove off. “Pass am forward.”
That was it.
Pass am forward.
The man in the suit drove away and he never saw him again.
25 years he carried those three words.
Third Mainland Bridge.
Waiting for his own turn to use them. I stood on that bridge and didn’t know what to say.
This man had been holding onto someone else’s kindness for 25 years.
And he chose me to give it to.
A stranger in a car he had never seen before. He got back into his danfo.
Gave me one nod.
And drove off into the night.
I stood there watching his one dim headlight disappear.
Holding ₦15,000 I couldn’t give away.I sat back in my car for a long time before I drove off.
Thinking about the man in the suit in 1998.
Who had no idea what he started.
A chain of kindness that crossed 25 years and found me on the same bridge. I don’t know who that danfo driver is.
I don’t know his name.
But somewhere in Lagos tonight he is driving that old bus.
With one dim headlight.
And a heart that has been quietly changing lives since 1998.
Pass am forward.

You and God can work together as partners.
▪︎ Have faith in God, and you can move mountains (Mark 11:20-23), because you’re a partner with the One Who was there before the mountains were brought forth. Psalm 90:1-2

The reason why many of us struggle with casting out demons is that the devil knows you don’t believe.

Our God is faithful in His wondrous deeds to us, and we have come to return all the glory to Him.
It is time for testimonies.
Bro Olumuyiwa suffered from a strange itching in his private region for 10 years. He keyed into a prophetic word at a programme and received his healing.
Sis Praise in USA was struggling with her studies, but during the special HGS in 2024, Daddy GO prayed for people to have first class brains, she received it in faith, and graduated with flying colors.
Sis Atinuke attended the May HGS with recurring headache and blurry vision. A word of knowledge came for her, she received it and got her healing.
Pastor Fred travelled with his wife and their luggage with vital items got lost on arrival. They keyed into a testimony of restoration shared in last month’s HGS, and soon after their box was found and retuned to their home.
A sister is testifying on behalf of her husband who was paralyzed. In May 2025, they came for laying of hands and he was prayed for by Daddy GO. He then regained strength in his hands and legs without surgery! Glory to God.
Pastor Precious is returning glory to God for His faithfulness. In March HGS solemn assembly, he came with an excruciating pain in his waist, and during the service he received his healing!
Pastor Rotimi Taiwo suddenly started coughing and sneezing painfully in May. On the night of the communion he came, partook of the meal, and afterwards he felt a hand on him and he got his healing!

John_10-11: I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
The Israelites annoyed God and He decided to punish them by sending fiery serpents against them, so poisonous their poison was like fire. Numbers 21:4-9
They cried to God and He asked Moses to make a brazen serpent. As they looked up to the serpent, they were healed.
The serpent wasn’t God. But it was a tool of healing from God.
Just like in the wilderness, Jesus said to look to Him, and all Who look to Him will not perish but have eternal life.

NATIONS AND CONTINENTS- EMPHASIS NIGERIA.

INTRODUCTION: Nigeria at present is at a crossroad, with uncertainty of what may happen especially our economy as our currency is appreciating and depreciating against the US dollar. The insecurity as skyrocketed to an unimaginable and unbearable heights, farmers cannot go to farm, people cannot travel freely again, teachers and students cannot go to school again. Many have lost hope of survival but our God is ever able to divinely turn the situation around for the better as He did at the gate of Samaria in the days of Elisha the prophet, and as we pray, God will arise and help us out of this situation in Jesus name.

INTRODUCTION: The devil knows that his time is short, therefore he is desperately looking for as many nations as he can capture before the game is over. The devil also knows that if he can capture the leader of any country, he has captured all the citizens of such country, the reason all the leaders are making laws that promote evil and prohibit the spreading of the gospel. But Jesus had assured us that gates of hell shall not prevail.

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) was founded by late Pa. Josiah Akindayomi in 1952. After the demise of the founder at the age of 71 years in 1980, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye became the General Overseer. His appointment was formalized in 1981 by the reading of the late Pa Akindayomi’s sealed pronouncement. The RCCG is a covenant church which started with 9 members, but now has presence in many countries of the world. Like many successful organizations, The RCCG has its corporate philosophies which comprises of its vision, mission, corporate values, etc. Today, we will be doing a refresher on the corporate philosophy of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).
OUTLINE 1: OUR VISION:
1). To make heaven Jn. 3:16; Mk. 8:36-37; Jn. 14:1-3
2). To take as many people with us Mt. 28:19-20; Mk. 16:15; Rom. 10:14-15
3). To have a member of RCCG in every family of all nations. Jn. 1:41-45; 4:28-30; Acts 10:19-24
OUTLINE 2: OUR MISSION:
1). To accomplish No. 1 above, holiness will be our lifestyle. Mt. 7:21; Heb. 12:14; Gal. 5:19-21, 22-23
2). To accomplish No. 2 and 3 above, we will plant churches within five minutes walking distance in every city and town of developing countries and within five minutes driving distance in every city and town of developed countries. Acts 2:41-46; Rom. 16:5; Acts 18:1-4; Acts 12:11-12; Acts 8:26-40; Acts 5:40-42; Acts 19:6-10
3). We will pursue these objectives until every Nation in the world is reached for the Lord Jesus Christ. Mt. 28:19-20
OUTLINE 3: OUR CORE VALUES:
1. HOLINESS: INTEGRITY, OBEDIENCE AND TRANSPARENCY:
This shall be the lifestyle of true disciples in the Lord’s service. James 3:17-18; 1 Thessalonians 4:1-8.
2. ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY:
As believers, we shall be held accountable for the exercise of authority bestowed on us. Workers in the church will necessarily make decisions and take actions on behalf of the church on specific issues of ministry and governance. Workers will be accountable for the decisions they make and the actions they take on behalf of the church. Luke 19:15; James 1:13-15; 2 Samuel 12:1-15; Ezekiel 18:20; Romans 14:12; 1 Peter 4:4-5.
3. RESOURCEFULNESS: FRUITFULNESS AND DILIGENCE:
As believers, this is an inner strength of being good at finding ways of doing things and solving problems and challenges. It is the divine ability of the gift of administration exhibiting qualities of creativity, courage vision and imagination that will help deal with difficult situations. Job 6:13; Psalm 108:12; Psalm 119:11; Jeremiah 32:27; Habakkuk 3:19; Ephesians 6:10.
4. SACRIFICE: FAITHFULNESS AND HARDWORK:
This is the act of giving up something important or valuable to you in order to get or do something that is more important for the work of the kingdom. 1 John 3:16; Romans 12:1-2.

Jesus Christ The same yesterday, and today, and forever. Heb. 13:8

RCCG is a covenant church with a very strong, scripture inspired corporate philosophy.
