For whom You are, we bless Your name
Thank You for all that You have done for us
For keeping us alive from January till date, we say thank You
There are so many and uncountable accidents that has happened, but You chose to spare us, Baba, we thank You
In righteousness, we did not measure up, in fasting, we are lazy, yet, You did not allow us to be consumed, Almighty God, we thank You.
Thank You for the blessings that we received daily,
Thank You for the ones in the making
Thank You for winning battles on our behalf
Thank You for making us conquerors
We bless Your name because we neither beg for bread nor raiment
Thank You for loading us daily with Your benefits
Thank You for our homes
Thank You for our career

When We Pray And It seems GOD Does Not Answer.

Jeremiah_29-11: For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end

Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.
Eccl. 7:8

Have you ever noticed that many times after you have prayed for something, you begin to get impatient just before the answer manifest itself?
What is it that you have been praying for and because you are coming to the end of the year you are getting impatient?
Be patient and do not fret, for the word of God states that the end of a thing shall be better than the beginning. As you hold on to the Lord in faith, God will surely fulfil whatever He has promised you.
Do not walk by sight but by faith. Believe that everyday shall be better than the previous. God is a rewarder of faith. The life of Job makes us understand that the end of anything shall surely be better than the beginning.

In Job 42:10, this is recorded, “And the Lord restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends.”
Indeed the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before. Be patient, for God that has promised you will be able to perform.

1-Corinthians_6-19: What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own

Be careful how you handle/use your body. It is the temple of the Holy Spirit.

10 Reasons why I know that God will make you whole (heal) tonight
1. God made/created you. HE is the potter and you are the clay. Jer. 18:6, Jer. 8:3-4, Isa. 64:8, Luke 6:6-10
2. God can handle genetic problems too because HE created your parents. Ps. 90:1-2, Jer. 1:4-5, John 1:1-3
3. God can handle cases that are beyond medicine. Mark 5:25-34, Jer. 32:27
4. God can forgive you of your sins and heal you. He can replace damaged body parts. Ps. 107:17-20, Matt. 1:21, Mark 2:1-12, I John 1:7
5. God is Sovereign and gracious/merciful. Lam.3:22-23, Mark 1:40-44, Ps. 118:29
6. God still hears and answers prayers. Ps. 65:2, Jer. 33:3, Eph. 3:20, Mark 10:46-52
7. God needs you to serve Him, to witness/evangelize to others, bring glory to His name and testify of His glory. Isaiah 38:1-9, Matt. 8;14-15
8. My time has come. I might have been disappointed before but not today. God cannot fail or disappoint me. John 5:2-9, Ps. 102:13
9. Your faith might not be enough. Mark 2:1-12.
10. God still loves you. Romans 8:32, John 3:16, John 11:1-4.

Prayer Points:
1. Father, thank you for loving me
2. Almighty Healer, prove yourself strong in my life tonight
3. Father, just have mercy on me tonight
4. Father, my body is yours. Every plant that you have not planted in my body/life, uproot it tonight.

I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

I once met a very successful business woman and I asked her to share her secret with me. She smiled and said to me.
I started succeeding when I started leaving small fights for small fighters. I stopped fighting those who gossiped about me. I stopped fighting a cheating partner. I stopped fighting for attention. I stopped fighting to meet up with public expectation…I left such fights for those who have nothing else to fight…And I started fighting for my vision, my dreams, my ideas and my destiny. Then I started winning big.

That was the day I gave up on small fights.

Some fights are not worth your time. Choose what you fight.

The power that made Job to laugh at the end shall visit your life this week. The Lord that made Sarah to laugh shall make you to laugh last. Hannah ended with great laughter; you shall end this year with great laughter.

16 We don’t give up. Our bodies are becoming weaker and weaker. But our spirits are being renewed day by day.

It is sometimes easier to ask the question than to actually answer it.
A checklist like this will help:
1 Are you saved? Do you believe in Jesus Christ? Do you accept His authority over your life?
2. Do you love God? Do you obey His commandments?
3 Do you love your neighbour as yourself? THE SAME WAY JESUS WILL THINK AND ACT TOWARDS THEM?
4 Are you telling others about the salvation that is of God and encouraging them to remain in that salvation?

For you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.

God’s Goodness And Mercy Shall Be With You.

Galatians_5-22: But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.”
(Psalm 23:6)

By virtue of the great inheritance we have received from God, He has also deemed it fit to give us a 24/7 security patrol to see to our welfare when we are out and about. Some have referred to these strong angels assigned to keep watch over us, as a special angelic unit called ‘GOODNESS & MERCY UNIT’; (that sounds interesting, so, for the benefit of this devotion and with being overly contentious, I will chose to work with that axiom)

In that case they are uncountable according to Hebrews 12, and so there must be more than enough for everyone who walks the surface of this earth. We must be confident that we are well escorted with our good shepherd Jesus Christ in front of us and the angels behind. Someone called them Watchdogs but I prefer to refer to them as ANGELS.

One thing we are sure to see mothers do, is to tidy up after their children; the children go on a rampage and almost throw the house in a state of confusion and the mother with her tender hands puts everything back to where they belong and mends the broken toys; so we have a God, with a ‘LARGE’ heart who goes after those who are called by His name and He cleans and mends after us. What keeps God’s goodness following us is His love. It is because of His goodness that even when we fail at the task we are credited with that which we do not deserve to have. He gives us the whole wage, when we have in actual fact being working for just an hour of the assigned time. Because of His mercy when we are forgiven, the records are obliterated from his archives, so that there are no more charges laid against us. Do not fear the unknown; God’s Angels have gone ahead of you on the highways and the byways. All the days, even those in which Satan seems to have obtained permission to sift you have been taken care of. Trust me; He is with us always, even until the end of the world.

Prayer: Father God, Your goodness and Your mercy will follow me as Your rod and Your Staff comforts me. I will arise daily with a thought, a faith, and a speech that says the Lord is my Shepherd I shall not want. Thank you in Jesus Name.

My dearly Beloved ,
I kneel on the floor this morning and pray for you.
As long as there is God in Heaven, you will never know shame.
Your life will always have a meaning.
The door of goodness shall not be shut against you.
Every satanic power trying to re-design your destiny shall be crushed by the heavenly hosts.
Every evil arrow shall return back to the sender.
By the grace of God, your arrival at all places will break barriers. Your miracle will break protocols. Your testimony shall last forever. You shall be the most preferred anywhere you go.
Power to survive every storm of life shall rest upon you and the name of the Lord shall be glorified in your life.

The Blood of Jesus will speak for you, the Word will work for you, the Almighty will perfect all that concerns you. You will prosper. The work of your hand will prosper. You will prosper in health.
