Sleeping on your back might be all the medicine you need as you grow older!

You don’t wake up multiple times at night to ease yourself, either do you suddenly jest out of the bed to empty your bowel before it disgraces you.

Even the back pains are minimal now!

You feel more alive!

I was 15 years old when I was forced to start sleeping on my tummy by this deliverance minister, then it seemed she had valid reasons and concerns too.

As I grew older, I discovered sleeping on my left side was better than sleeping on my tummy, so most nights, I start from the tummy and I end up waking up from the left side.

Sleeping on my left side as a married man meant backing madam, which earned me the award as the Most Wicked Husband, I even got kicked out of the bed one night, I couldn’t believe it, I got Jackie Chaned from my matrimonial bed, I flew like a bullet and landed on the hard floor! Lol!

Last week I watched a video why your babies should not sleep on their tummies, and something clicked in me. Maybe we are not supposed to sleep on our tummies, but the fear of village people stealing our souls and destiny while we sleep on our backs, have made us to sleep on our tummies (crushing our internal organs with our weight) Lol!

For a week now, it has not been easy to sleep on my back, but I am determined to start sleeping on my back, the advantages out weight the disadvantages, and for my village people, if una try me! Na die una go die! Period! To the new wife! I hate cuddling while I sleep, do you know how heavy your head is? Pressing it against my chest or shoulder! Do you know how discomforting it is to have another person’s body pressed against yours? Cuddling should be for a short while, not throughtout the night! As a single girl, you did not die when you had nobody to cuddle at night, for so many years!

Salvation Prayer
