“Then said Jesus unto them again, verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.” John 10:7, 11
Throughout the Bible, particularly the New Testament, God used things that we can readily identify with to speak to us the deep mystery of the Kingdom. Jesus used the everyday things around to teach very deep truths that every believer ought to know. He knew that if you can just catch a glimpse of what He is saying, you will be more effective ministers of the Gospel.
Look at our text again; do you understand the full import of what Jesus was saying? If you truly understand our text for today, you will have no reason to fear anything in life. Let me break it down a little – The sheepfold is a place where the sheep are kept safe. There is an opening into this place through which the sheep is herded in. The good shepherd then sleeps right across that opening in the night. The implication is whenever danger comes the enemy had to first contend with the shepherd before entering the sheepfold. Now you can understand it better when Jesus says He is the door to the sheepfold and the good shepherd.
This means that the good shepherd guarantees the supply of all my needs and he, who is the door to the sheepfold, also guarantees my protection from any evil. Hallelujah! So I can say without any shadow of fear that nothing shall by any means hurt me. The same is true for you, if only you will believe. Beloved, you have no reason to fear.

Psalms_119-105: Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path
I affirm that I was born for such a time as this; I was born as an answer (a solution) to the cry of millions around the world. I am an answer from God; he who has seen me has seen the Father! I am not of this world, I hail from God. I am from above, and I am above the systems of this world. All things are working together for my good, because I love the Lord, and I am called according to His purpose. I am an able, competent, and unstoppable in life. My life gravitates upwards and forward only, from glory to glory. For me, a recession is just a word, it does not exist where I live. My path is as the shining light that shines brighter and brighter unto the perfect day. I am ordained for greatness; I do great things in my world and in the regions beyond. Hallelujah! I am launched into higher realms of prosperity, blessings, and glory. I walk in God’s perfect will for me, because I am led by the Spirit of God from within. My life is full of beauty and excellence. Today I’ll be talking to us briefly on the topic “No More Reproach”, and the text is taken from Joshua 5: 3-9.
A reproach is a state of shame or loss of honor and goodwill; it is a stigma, it’s a taboo, or an abomination or shortcomings; it’s a state of disgrace.
What are the major causes of reproach?
Failure:it simply means lack of success. Luke 5:5.
Barrenness: can either mean not good enough or a state of not producing fruit or seed. Mark 11: 12 – 14, 1st Samuel 1: 1 -10, Genesis 30: 1 & 2.
Debt or indebtedness: arise(s) as a result of lack of cash flow or revenue; it’s a state of cash crunch and bankruptcy; it’s a state of default in meeting financial obligations as at when due. 2nd Kings 4.
Disability: is a state of physical or mental condition that makes you not to be able to apply a part of your body either completely or partially; it’s a state of incapacitation. John 5, Acts of Apostles 3: 1 & 2.
Slavery, bondage and oppression. Exodus 3: 1-8.
Sin, ignorance and the devil. Romans 6: 23.

God vested all authority in the name of Jesus. Use the Name of Jesus. The Dominion Of Christ Name.
So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God (Mark 16:19).
The Bible says God vested all authority in the Name of Jesus (Philippians 2:9-10); His Name has the greatest honour, the greatest authority ever! Today, if you believe in that Name, happy are you! It doesn’t matter what might have plagued you; it doesn’t matter for how long you’ve been under or on the sidewalk of life; your victory is guaranteed.
Many haven’t understood the power, glory and dominion of His Name. His Name destroys cancer, brings health and wholeness to your physical body. His Name brings you liberty from the bondage of Satan. Are you in a dilemma or a tempestuous situation? Use the Name of Jesus. His Name has power in heaven, in the earth, and under the earth.
No demon can resist the power and dominion of His Name. His Name is an instrument; it’s a weapon! It’s guaranteed to produce the result you expect because when you make a demand in His Name, it’s as though Jesus Himself were making that demand. Everything that exists in this world and beyond is subject to His Name.
1 John 5:13 reveals something beautiful; it tells us to believe on the Name of the Son of God. That simply means to put the Name of Jesus to work! It’s your access to a life of unending victories, ever-increasing glory and abundant blessings. Philippians 2:10 says, “…at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.”
In your life, be unruffled and at peace every day, irrespective of the adversaries or adversities that you might face. His Name is your defence and assurance of victory. Maybe today, some doors seem to have been shut against you; there’s pressure and tension on every side; use the Name of Jesus. His Name can be trusted. Trust and call on that Name today. Glory to God!
