Joyce Meyer in one of her teachings, expounded on the difference between a PLATFORM and a MINISTRY. In her words, she said, not everyone has a platform but every child of God has a ministry. This is the absolute truth.
You have a Ministry. Begin to actualise your divine assignment and don’t wait for a platform. Visit the sick and lay hands on them. Visit the prison and encourage them. Visit orphanages and play with the children. Visit schools and teach them skills. Visit the area boys and begin a bible school for them under the bridge. Visit the widows in your family and put a smile on their faces. Gather girls who have been abused and reassure them of a great future. This is Ministry. You don’t need a microphone to do Ministry. When your ministry opens you up to a platform, appreciate it and make the best of it but do not drop your Ministry in the bid to have a platform.
Ministry is all around you. Make the best of your divine errands. You have an errand to run for God. Start your race today and stay focused. Don’t cross lane. Stay on your lane and don’t be distracted.
Behind every platform is a lot of Ministry. Those who have a platform will attest to this. A lot of Ministry is behind the scene. That is where the real work is. Ministry most times, outlives platforms. When you have the two, honour God with it. It is dangerous to have a platform without doing Ministry.
My dear, You have a Ministry! We all have a Ministry. Let’s all run with our Ministry and there will be no need for competition and comparisons.
Always remind yourself, I HAVE A MINISTRY!

The topic for today is “Divine Turnaround”, Psalm 126: 1- 6, 1st Chronicles 4: 9 & 10.
A time that it takes to complete a task or an assignment can be called a turnaround. Another way to look at ‘turnaround’ is when you have a complete change in opinion, in an attitude or a method. When there’s a complete reversal of a situation or a set of circumstances. When something bad is happening and there’s a complete reversal, then you say there’s a turnaround. Then a turnaround can also be associated with businesses, with finances, with economies.
Divine Turnaround therefore, we’ll narrow it to mean a complete reversal of a bad situation or a set of circumstances by God, because it is divine, or a sudden improvement or success in finance, in business or of a nation by the intervention of God.
There can be a turnaround also of a nation, like we know in 2nd Kings 7.
The principles of divine turnaround:
Everybody, every business, every family, every nation has the potential for divine turnaround.
But not everybody, not every potential beneficiary will indeed experience a divine turnaround.
Even when somebody has a divine turnaround, you still have to do a lot of work to sustain it.
When God gives to His people and you remain in your place with God, you’ll keep that blessing forever.
Anyone or any institution that is not on its own ready for this divine turnaround will not get it.
What must we do to receive and retain God’s visitation called Divine Turnaround?
You must have faith in Him, Hebrews 11: 6.
You must trust Him.
You must remain in His presence.
You must surrender all to Him.
You must desire that divine turnaround.
You must shun sin.

INTRODUCTION: Last week, during the teaching on Part 1 of the series, we were told the following:
1. Divine leading and guidance is about being led/directed/guided by God
2. That being led or guided by God is important for every true child of God
3. That being led or guided by God is the only way to fulfil His will concerning our desires and decision-making processing.
4. We were taught 7 different avenues for Divine leading & guidance (Through: the word of God, witness of the Holy Spirit, voice of the Holy Spirit, revelations, ordained situations or circumstances, prophetic utterances & confirmations and diverse means as God may deem fit)
5. We were also taught 3 ways of recognising Divine Leading and Guidance namely: Get familiar with the word of God, Test with the word of God, Pray without ceasing).
Today, we will be looking at Part 2 on the series, focusing on Biblical examples of those who yielded to God’s leading and guidance, and of course the end result of their obedience to God.
It is a known fact that the world we live in today, considers the ways of God as primordial/ ancient, and that is why most people will not submit themselves to God’s ordinances. But every true Child of God must however learn to submit to God, like Jesus, our Lord and Saviour, Who said “…Remove this cup from me, nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done” (Luke 22:42, Mark 14:36); or like Peter (in Luke 5:5), we should be saying
“….nevertheless, at thy word, I will let down the net”
Let us always remember Psalm 119:89; Isaiah 55:8-9; Romans 3:4
Outline 1 – Biblical Instances of Divine Leading and Guidance:
1. The Call of Abraham: Gen 12:1-4 – God called, and ordered Abram to get out of his country, from his kindred, from his father’s house to a land He will show him. Abram simply obeyed. Heb 11:8-10 says Abram left and was looking for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God, by faith!!!
2. Children of Israel obeys God’s instruction & commandment on travelling & resting pattern: Numbers 9:15-23 – “….And when the cloud tarried long upon the tabernacle many days, then the children of Israel kept the charge of the Lord, and journeyed not… or whether it were 2 days, or a month, or a year, that the cloud tarried upon the tabernacle, remaining thereon, the children of Israel abode in their tents, and journeyed not; but when it was taken up, they journeyed.. at the commandment of the Lord, they rested in the tents, and at the commandments of the Lord, they journeyed… “ (Numbers 9: 19, 22-23)
3. God’s instruction to Isaac: Gen 26:1-17 – Isaac sojourns in Gerar (refused to japa), despite famine in land, simply to obey God’s instruction, and the Lord prospered him in Gerar. “…. And Isaac dwelt in Gerar” vs 6,
“…then Isaac sowed in the land and received in the same year an 100 fold, and the Lord blessed him” vs 12
4. Jacob’s return to his fatherland: Gen 31:3, 13 – God called Jacob to return to the land of his fathers, and his kindred, and promised to be with him
5. Elijah shows himself to King Ahab, who was seeking his life, at the word of God: I Kings 18:1-17. If it is God that gave the instruction, He is able to keep and deliver you from all troubles.
6. David severally inquired for divine direction from God: I Sam 30:6-9; II Sam 2:1-4, 5:17-21
7. God led and guided the Wise men to the birth place of Jesus Christ: Matt 2:9-12
8. God guided Ananias to the specific address where Saul of Tarsus was: Acts 9:10-17
NB: God, by His Spirit can guide you to do something, or also not to do a certain task you may be bent on doing, whether you consider it a good cause of not. See Acts 16:6
Outline 2 – Requirements for Divine Leading and Guidance:
1. Delight yourself in the Lord: Ps 37:4-5, I Cor 2:9-11
2. Have passion to do God’s will: Luke 22:42, I Cor 9:16. God’s will ultimately lead you to joy unspeakable.
There will be no regret, no failure etc, as it will always work out for your good (Rom 8:28) or bring you to an expected end (Jer 29:11)
3. Have a Willingness to be led: Rom 8:14, Ps 23:1-2 – If the Lord is the Shepherd, are you willing to be a Sheep or are you a goat?
4. Have an attitude of Meekness: Matt 5:5; Ps 25:9. They meek have teachable spirits
5. Have an attitude of enquiry: Jer 6:16, Matt 7:7
6. Have an attitude of hearing and listening: James 1:19, Ps 85:8; Hab 2:1-2. Train to hear from God, as He may just decide to speak in a small still voice.
7. Have an attitude of patience: Heb 10:35-39; Isaiah 28:16. Do not force yourself to hear what God is not saying.
8. Soak in and meditate on the word of God: Ps 119:105
9. Pay attention to Godly leaders over you: 1 Sam 3:9, don’t look down on them. Samuel would not have known that it was God calling him.
10. Obey previous instructions: Mark 4:24b – if you have not harkened to a previous instruction, you may not hear the next move of God
11. Surrender your life to Jesus: John 10:14 –“…. I am the good Shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine” John 10:25-30
Conclusion:
If it is God leading you, you can never miss the mark. Ask God for grace to understand the mind of God and be guided in the right direction. If you think you have gone far in the wrong direction and refuse to turn back, you will only end in the wrong destination!!

TOPIC: ONWARD CHRISTIAN SOLDIERS
Three words;
– Onward
– Christian
– Soldiers
Who is a Christian?
2 Corinthians 5:17 –
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
A Christian is a new creature who is now in Christ who has surrendered his life to Jesus Christ, who has been washed by his blood, in his words, action and deeds, he is a new creature.
Who is a soldier particularly of Christ? The soldier of Christ is someone chosen by Christ. To be born again at all, you must have been chosen.
John 6:44
No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
The moment God draws you to salvation, He chooses you to be part of His army.
John 15:16
Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
The moment God brings you to salvation, it means God has chosen you to be one of His soldiers.
2 Timothy 2:3-4
If you are a true child of God, saved by God, you are no longer a civilian but now a Soldier of Christ.
The moment you join the army of Christ, He is going to train you, He will take you to what the military called boot camp.

You will have to endure hardness.
What is the difference between a civilian and a soldier?
The soldiers have been trained to go through toughness and they become warriors.
Our Commander-in-chief is the one called the Lord of Host. Psalm 34:7-10, Isaiah 40:28-31
He is so strong that He neither sleeps nor slumber. He is not just mighty, He is Almighty. Jeremiah 32:27 – He can do all things, there is nothing too hard for Him.
He is not just mighty, He is mighty in Battle. He is not a civilian, Exodus 15:13
He is the Lord of Host in heaven, on earth and underneath the earth. Philippians 2:10,
Joshua 10:1-11 – He is the first person to throw a bomb.
On land, there is no soldier like Him. Numbers 16:23-34 – when He wants to fight by land, He will only tell the land to open its mouth to swallow them all.
There is no fighter like Him. Exodus 14:21-28
Onward Christian Soldier.
He is saying to you, from now on, in your life, it must be;
– Forward ever.
Your commander in chief is not expecting you backwards.
Exodus 14:15-16 God told Moses to tell the children of Israel to move forward when they wanted to look backwards. As a Christian soldier, you must not run away from the enemy.
Ephesians 6:10-18 – There is no armour for your back, there is one for your head, for your chest, for your feet and none was for your back that’s why you must never look back. Forward ever, no stopping, keep moving forward.
When you come against an obstacle or come against a wall, keep moving forward. Joshua 6:20 – when you find yourself facing a wall, all you need to do is shout Hallelujah!!!
If you come against a mountain, you are not expected to turn back, Mark 11:23-24 – you are to command the mountain to move and the mountain to move.
Prophesy
Before the end of the year, you will sing the song; what the Lord has done for me I cannot tell it all, He saved me and washed me in His blood, so I can shout Hallelujah
Keep moving, not looking back, no surrendering, no retreat, no compromising, no truce.
Daniel 3:1-end (Shedrack, Meshack & Abednego refused to bow and they refused to burn in the fire prepared to burn them, they told the king that they will never surrender and that their commander in chief is able to deliver them)
Daniel 6:1-end The enemy tries to make Daniel compromise, to stop what he has been doing for God, to stop praying, he refuses to compromise.
Prayer
Any person that has been holding meetings to destroy you, you will shout for Joy when you hear of their death. Amen
When you go forward, why are you commanded to March forward? Because there is a goal in front.
2 Timothy 4:6-8 – There is a crown waiting for you.
Why do you find soldiers going from one battle to another?
There is a goal and a crown waiting for them.
The lifestyle of a Christian soldier. How do you know a true Christian soldier?
1. The lifestyle of a Christian soldier is a lifestyle of Praise.
Psalm 34:1. A soldier of Christ doesn’t complain, they praise God always. If prayer fails, praise will not fail.

Daddy said someone has seen drops of blessings but should get ready for showers of blessings. Amen
The Lord asked me to tell you, He said by the time you tell what God has done for you, people will say that God is partial. Amen
2. The lifestyle of a soldier is a lifestyle of a prayer.1 Thessalonians 5:17
3. The lifestyle of a Christian soldier is a lifestyle of Power. A Christian soldier is not a weakling. Mark 3:13-15. You need to use the power to cast out demons, heal the sick and do exploits. Begin to use your power and miracles will begin to follow.
4. The lifestyle of a Christian soldier is a lifestyle of Faith. The just shall live by faith. Stop doubting, be a man or woman of faith because you are a soldier of Christ.
Prayer
In the mighty name of Jesus, the lie of the devil concerning my life is a lie in the mighty name of Jesus
5. The lifestyle of a Christian soldier is a life of Discipline. 2 Corinthians 11:27. As soldiers of Christ, we need to fast often.
6. The lifestyle of a Christian soldier is the lifestyle of Joy. Jeremiah 8:10. Is a life of Joy because it is a life of Hope. Joel 2:26-27.
Why is it a life of Joy?
It is because it is a life where you have assurance of divine help from the Almighty.
– Psalm 50:14-15 – If you call on Him in time of trouble, He said I will answer you and deliver you.
– The help will come instantly. Psalm 46:1-3. The help will come immediately if you need it.
– Is a life of Joy
– Is a life of freedom
– Is a life that cannot be controlled by anyone.
How long do I have to stay in His presence?
John 16:24 – Ask till your Joy is full.
Prophesy.
The Lord asked me to tell someone, He said as long as there is water in the ocean, my oil will never dry on your head. Amen
Seek to be the number one and wish your neighbour the very best
PRAYER POINTS.
– Thank God that you are one of the chosen.
– Father, tonight, perfect my healing tonight in Jesus name.
– Father, the bridge between me and the world destroys it tonight so that I will not go back to the world
– Father, every obstacle trying to slow me down, consume by fire tonight.
– Father, the situation that can cause me to surrender myself to the devil, don’t let it ever come my way.
– Father, for the rest of my life, let me constantly move forward.
– Father let me end well and strong.

Holy Communion Service
1 Kings 19:4-8 – The story of a great soldier of the Lord in a situation that was practically overwhelming him to such an extent that he was considering death and then God intervened and fed him. One good news about being a soldier of Christ is that God does not bury His wounded soldier, instead He would feed them.
So, if you are wounded along this journey, take courage, God is not going to abandon you.
He gave His servant food to eat prepared from heaven, gave him a vision and said eat because the Journey is still far.
Prayer
As you eat the Holy Communion tonight, the strength that you need to finish your Christian race, you will receive tonight in Jesus name. Amen
The table prepared tonight, is the table of the Lord. We will go to the Lords table to eat the food that will last the whole journey for you.
1 Kings 21 – The king he has been running from when he saw him said you have found me my enemy and he responded by saying I have found you. He received a very special anointing that turned him to somebody who is unstoppable.
2 Kings 1:9-12 – when the enemy sent forces to go and arrest him, he turned them to ashes. He became completely unstoppable.
The Anointing that Elijah received after that wonderful meal, overflowed to his special son called Elisha. The anointing was operating on a higher level. 2 Kings 6:8-end
