Do Not Be afraid, Only Believe

Do Not Be afraid, Only Believe
Mark 5:36 – “As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He
said to the ruler of the synagogue, “Do not be afraid; only
believe”
Jesus speaks these words to Jairus, one of the leaders of the
synagogue, to build his faith so that He could raise his daughter
from the dead. Today, Christians are bombarded with new prayer
and faith techniques in thousands of books, CD’s, and videos and
all Jesus is saying is “only believe”. Religion complicates the
simplicity of the Gospel. Jesus is looking to show Himself strong
on your behalf if you will “only believe!”
May GOD bless Nigeria, America and Israel and take care of us; May GOD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the LORD lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray!

By Your Faith You Too Can Do Great Things In Your World Today!
By Your Faith You Too Can Do Great Things In Your World Today!
RULE YOUR WORLD!
And what shall I more say? For the time would fail me to tell of Gideon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets: Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wronght righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions (Hebrews 11:32-33).
As Christians, we ought to apply our faith in God’s Word to deal with situations and challenges. In the faith’s hall of fame, the Bible talks about certain men and women who through their faith performed great feats for the kingdom of God (Hebrews 11:32-33). These apostles of faith subdued kingdoms and did supernatural things in their time; they ruled their world!
The Bible talked about how they wrought righteousness; meaning when others conformed to error, they stood their grounds for the truth and prevailed. They were the children of Issachar who the bible says had an understanding of the time (1 Chronicles 12:32).
By your faith, you too can do great things in your world today. You can work righteousness and breathe life back into situations that were hitherto dead. Through your faith, you revive that business that’s been grounded! You can perform so well in your business or career that the world will marvel at you. Faith is your currency; rule your world with it! Amen!
May GOD bless Nigeria, America and Israel and take care of us; May GOD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the LORD lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

Divine Health Is Ours In Christ Jesus. By Pastor Chris Oyakhilome
Divine Health Is Ours In Christ Jesus. By Pastor Chris Oyakhilome
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayst prosper and be in health…. (3 John 1:2)
God’s desire for us His children is for us to live in divine health! The life He gave us when we were born again is divine, and that life can’t be corrupted by any sickness or disease. The Bible however says that the believer has been delivered from death and all its effects (Romans 8:2). That includes sickness, for sickness is incipient death. The reason many Christians are still suffering in their bodies is that they are oblivious of this truth.
Some
time ago, God showed me a vision: I saw a man, a born again Christian, who was dying of a deadly cancerous disease and his doctors had given him up to die. This man came to me to be healed and as I stood before him, God opened my eyes and I couldn’t see any cancerous growth in his body. “So, what‘s the matter with him?” I thought and God said, “That’s the problem with many of my children; they love to observe lying vanity.”
The Bible says, in Romans 8:11, “…He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you.” The Holy Spirit dwelling in you will invigorate, vitalize, and give strength and life to your mortal body. When you’re ignorant of God’s Word you’ll continually live in sickness and erroneously think its God’s way of punishing you.
When you become well acquainted with the truth, you’ll be able to walk out of the oppression of the enemy: “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32). For the devil can only take advantage of those who’re ignorant of the truth. Therefore, get a hold of God’s Word and make it personal to you. By that I mean, do more in meditation and declaration of God’s Word concerning you. Remember, it’s your right and present possession to live in divine health and prosperity.
Prayer:
Father! I declare that I walk in divine health. The Bible says, my body is the Temple of the Holy Ghost, therefore sickness and disease can’t dwell in this body, in the Name of the LORD Jesus Christ, Amen!
May GOD bless Nigeria, America and Israel and take care of us; May GOD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the LORD lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

Jesus Has Ordained Us To Receive Answers To Our Prayers
Jesus Has Ordained Us To Receive Answers To Our Prayers
Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain; that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my Name, He may give it you (John 15:16)
One of the wonderful blessings of the new creation life is our privilege to talk directly to God in prayer, and receive answers. When Jesus walked the earth physically, anyone who needed a divine intervention or wanted anything from God had to get to Jesus and make requests of Him. But towards the end of His earthly ministry, The Master declared “And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in My Name, He will give it you. Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.” (John 16:23-24).
You have the right to pray directly to the Father in the Name of Jesus Christ and receive answers to your prayers. Sadly, some Christians don’t have confidence in their own prayers, so they look to others to pray for them. They’re not sure that God will hear them when they pray. But if you’re born again, that shouldn’t be your story for the Bible declares in 1 Peter 3:12: “….The eyes of the LORD are over the righteous,, and His ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the LORD is against them that do evil.”
Thus you’re guaranteed to receive answer your prayers – Our LORD and Saviour Jesus Christ has chosen you, and ordained you to receive answers to prayers. This should make your prayer times exciting moments with the LORD, for you know that every time you pray, you’ll surely receive answers. Therefore the next time you kneel or lift your hand to pray, remember the Words of Jesus Christ – “But I have chosen you, and ordained you…. That whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in My Name, He may give it you.”
God is not holding back from you, so never doubt His willingness to respond to your requests. He loves to hear your voice in prayers, and delights in answering your prayers. Amen!
May GOD bless Nigeria, America and Israel and take care of us; May GOD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the LORD lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

Give More Time And Attention To Prayer
Give More Time And Attention To Prayer
Ephesians 6:18
Some people only pray when they’re compelled to do so by certain challenges they face in life, and that’s not right. As Christians we’re called into fellowship with our Heavenly Father. So for us, prayer is more than just an opportunity to get God to do something for us; it’s a fellowship, a time to commune with God and synchronise yourself with His purpose for your life daily. This is the reason you must give more time and attention to prayer.
The more time you spend in fellowship with the LORD through prayer, the more His character and personality are revealed in and through you; you’ll find yourself thinking His thoughts and functioning always in the centre of His Will. The man who prays lives with a pure heart towards all men, he doesn’t talk, reason, act or see like an ordinary man. He doesn’t criticize others as he sees only the good in them, but corrects them in love. He may be quiet but spiritual efficiency is reflected in his lifestyle, and people are drawn to him.
A prayerful Christian intercedes for others. He thinks the best of others and he’s ever willing to pray for their spiritual development and other concerns. He’s selfless, full of compassion and manifests the glory of God always because he sees the needs of others and reaches out to meet them. On the other hand, a Christian who doesn’t give time and attention to prayer is just the opposite. Criticism, complains, confusion together with lack of ideas are evident in his life.
Praying and praying the right way is an important activity in the life of every Christian. It makes a Christian’s life beautiful, vibrant and very exciting because of its attendant results I urge you today to take your personal time of prayer, devotions and meditation very seriously. Give ample time and create the opportunities in the course of your day to fellowship with the LORD through prayer. Choose your best time of the day to do this, and watch your life flourish from glory to glory, Amen!
May GOD bless Nigeria, America and Israel and take care of us; May GOD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the LORD lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

Have Faith In God
Wholehearted belief
Mark 11:12-26
” ‘Have faith in God,’ Jesus answered” (v.22)
A Christian who truly believes in God — not pretends to believe, or half-believes — will inevitably enjoy and experience God’s perfect peace. But what does it mean to believe in God? What are the basic requirements? A Christian believes — and believes wholeheartedly — that Jesus is God and that He is the Saviour of the world (Romans. 10:9). He believes also that the universe is in the keeping of Infinite Wisdom and Infinite Love, and that God is directing the course of his individual life (Psalm. 139:16). He believes, too, that nothing can happen in the universe except as God permits. If it were possible to conceive of anything out of which God could not bring good, then God would not permit it (Romans. 8:28).
A Christian believes, further, that God holds the universe together. Man may be free but his freedom is limited. He cannot extinguish the stars, pluck the sun from the sky, blow the earth to smithereens with atomic explosions, quench love in a parent’s heart, prevent the return of spring or defeat the purpose of God which was revealed at Calvary. God would not allow any of the things I have listed, for they would be contrary to His design for the universe. The peace of a Christian is therefore set deep in the rock of reality. It is based on his complete and utter faith in God.
Prayer:
Gracious and loving Heavenly Father, help me to check on my faith this day and see whether I am really believing or just pretending to believe. I want to be done with all pretence. O Lord, increase my faith, in Jesus Christ Name I pray. Amen!
May GOD bless Nigeria, America and Israel and take care of us; May GOD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the LORD lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

Faithfulness
Faithfulness
Read | Daniel 6:1-28
Daniel had faithfully been living out his commitment to the Lord from the time he was a teenager. His witness of integrity and godliness was earned over a lifetime, during which he’d been challenged frequently to compromise his faith.
Today’s passage shows him facing a desperately dangerous situation: the lions’ den. Although we usually focus on Daniel and the animals, a surprising aspect of this story is the reaction of the king.
Though he’d foolishly signed the law that created Daniel’s treacherous predicament, Darius was so impressed with the young man that he tried to rescue him. When the ruler’s efforts failed, he made a surprising statement of trust in the Lord: “Your God whom you constantly serve will Himself deliver you” (v. 16). Now, that’s a witness!
Does your unwavering devotion to Christ lead others to trust your Saviour? Too many Christians have a commitment of convenience. They’ll stay faithful as long as it’s safe and doesn’t involve risk, rejection, or criticism. Instead of standing alone in the face of challenge or temptation, they check to see which way their friends are going. What kind of witness is that? Who will want to follow our God if we ourselves won’t follow Him? Our response either draws others to Jesus or pushes them away.
If you desire to be like Daniel, practice your commitment to Christ, both privately and publicly. The time you spend alone with God will transform your character and increase your devotion. Then your integrity and godly behaviour in an unbelieving world will make others long to know the Lord.
May the LORD bless Nigeria, American and Israel and take care of us; May the LORD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the Lord lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!
