Philippians_3-10: All I want is to know Christ and to experience the power of his resurrection, to share in his sufferings and become like him in his death
The saddest love story in the bible is the story of King David and Michal King Saul’s Daughter.
Twice it was mentioned how much Michal loved David.
In 1 Samuel 18:20 it was explicitly mentioned that Michal loved David
“Now Saul’s daughter Michal loved David, and when they told Saul about it, it pleased him.”
1 Samuel 18:28 “When Saul realized that the Lord was with David and that his daughter Michal loved him.”
In 1 Samuel 19:11-17 Michal risked her life to save the life of her husband David which further demonstrated her love and devotion to David.
Nowhere Was It Mentioned That David Loved Michal or Reciprocated The Love!
But three times in the same Bible, we are told that David and Jonathan loved each other.
1 Samuel 18:1-3: Jonathan, Saul’s son, formed a covenant with David, and their souls were knit together. Jonathan loved David as himself (1 Samuel 18:3).
1 Samuel 20:17: Jonathan made David promise again, “because he loved him as he loved his own soul.”
2 Samuel 1:26: David’s lament over Saul and Jonathan mentions their strong bond, stating, “Your love to me was more wonderful than the love of women.”
In all these things Michal died childless because in 2 Samuel 6:16, 20-23 she criticized her husband!
Men = LOVE!
Women = HONOR
If your husband is not loving you, report him to GOD his maker! But your hands and heart must be clean first.
2 Corinthians 10:6 says “And we will be ready to punish every act of disobedience, once your obedience is complete.”

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Genesis 1:1
From the very first line of the Bible, God requires us to have faith. He doesn’t go into elaborate detail about who He is or how He created everything. God doesn’t lay out His case as a logical legal brief. He just states plainly, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”
Once you read these words you are compelled to either walk in faith and believe the Word of God or choose to dismiss it.
It’s clear that it takes faith to believe the Bible, because there are many unanswered questions. God wastes no time trying to talk us into believing His Word. The ability to believe God’s Word is a gift of faith from Him (Ephesians 2:8).
If you find yourself questioning the reality of God’s Word, then you need faith. How can you get faith? “Faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ” (Romans 10:17).
Read the Word of God, listen to the Word of God, repeat aloud the Word of God, meditate on the Word of God and sing God’s Word. This will allow faith to come-for without faith, it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6).
