Heavenly Father we bless Your holy name. We worship You and declare You are the maker of heaven and the earth, the everlasting, eternal One, whose kingdom will never come to an end. “When they had crossed over, they came to the land of Genesaret. And when the men of that place recognised Him, they sent out into all that surrounding region, brought to Him all who were sick, and begged Him that they might only touch the hem of His garment. And as many as touched it were made perfectly well.” (Mathew 14:34-36)

“But to you who fear my name                                                                 The Sun of Righteousness shall arise                                                           With healing in His wings;                                                                     

And you shall go out                                                                                    And grow fat like stall-fed calves.” (Malachi 4:2).

Good morning brethren, we thank God for His faithfulness and mercies bringing us to this week of the month of perfection. This morning let us declare that the Lord is the Lord of righteousness, and the Jehovah Raphika our healer. We will ask that we receive perfect healing and wholeness wherever needed as we reach out to Him in faith and humility.

 TO NOTE:

 Reassurance and encouragement to believers: Malachi 4:2                                Even in the midst of bleakness, darkness and seeming judgement, there is a reassurance to believers who fear the name of the Lord. The closing verses of the old testament which end with a description of fear, judgement and dismal times, also declare that the Sun of Righteousness will arise with healing in His wings. The people of God who fear and reverence His name, will enter into, and bask in the sunshine of God’s eternal love. Gracious forgiveness, healing and divine health, are the portion of those who enter into the sunshine of God’s eternal love through salvation by blood of Jesus Christ.

FAITH, WORSHIP AND HUMILITY:

Mathew 14:31-33, Mathew 14:36, Malachi 4:2                  

As Jesus himself admonished, faith and humility are absolutely essential to enter into the fullness of the grace and blessings available in the Sun of Righteousness. Humility unto just reaching to touch the hem of His garment.

▪Peter had been one of the longest time followers of the Lord, but Jesus described him as a doubter and having little faith. (Mathew 14:31-33)

▪Jesus affirmed that it was the faith of the woman with the issue of blood for twelve years that made her whole.

 ▪The people who encountered Jesus as He landed in the land of Gennesaret seemed to have more readily recognised Him, and demonstrated their faith than those who had been in the boat with Him.

▪The Syrophoenician woman demonstrated absolute humility as she worshiped Jesus. Her daughter was indeed healed .(Mark 7:26)

By God’s Grace, we will not get familiar with the Lord, but readily worship HIM in humility always, as our faith grows.

HEALING TO ALL-ROUND WHOLENESS AND BEING PERFECTLY WELL:

Malachi 4:2b , Mathew 14:36b

▪Those who besot Jesus and touched hem of His garment were made perfectly well. The description of Naaman’s healing (2 Kings 5:11) gives some sense of the perfect wellness available at the hem of Jesus’ garment. Naaman humbled himself to obey the prophet’s instruction after his initial refusal.

▪The woman who had suffered for twelve years and could not be helped by the doctors, received perfect healing and wellness when she was able to touch the hem of Jesus’ garment. (Luke 8:43-48)

▪Malachi 4:2 likens the healed to well fed fat young calves who leap and skip with joy and abandon as released from confinement, restriction and all limitation .(Acts 3:2-11 )

We will touch the hem of Jesus’ garment unto perfect healing and wellness of spirit, soul, body, estate, families, careers, businesses, and our Nation by God’s Grace. Amen.

 Father, in the name of Jesus I am bold to come again to your Throne of Grace with:

▪Grace to return unto You with thanksgiving and testimonies of healings and wellness from the hem of Your garment. (Luke 17:11-19)
