Hymn 615. Come, ye thankful people, come

Psalms_100-4: Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
Psalms_100-4: Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

Come, ye thankful people, come,

Raise the song of harvest home:

All is safely gathered in,

Ere the winter storms begin;

God our maker doth provide

For our wants to be supplied;

Come to God’s own temple, come,

Raise the song of harvest home!

2:

For the Lord our God shall come,

And shall take His harvest Home;

From His field shall in that day

All offences purge away;

Give His angels charge at last

In the fire the tares to cast;

But the fruitful ears to store

In His gamer evermore.

3:

Even so, Lord, quickly come;

To Thy final Harvest-home,

Gather Thou Thy people in,

Free from sorrow, free from sin;

There forever purified,

In Thy presence to abide:

Come, with all Thine angels, come;

Raise the glorious Harvest home.

Thank You Jesus,

Salvation Prayers

If you don’t Know Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour and would like to accept him into your life as your personal Lord and Saviour, Please say this prayer:

Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from You. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward You. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that Your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send Your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your Will for the rest of my life. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

SATANIC VOICES

“And Jesus asked him, saying, What is thy name? And he said, Legion: because many devils were entered into him.” (Luke 8: 30)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

In our Focal Scripture, the demons in the man that came out of the tombs spoke to Jesus and identified themselves as a legion. It was not enough that the demons had taken possession of the man; they also found a voice through him; they found expression through him; they were satanic voices speaking in the life of the man against his wishes. Satanic voices were speaking concerning the destiny of that man at the tomb.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every satanic voice that is speaking concerning your life, I command them to shut up. Every satanic voice that is calling you into dryness, I command them to shut up. Every satanic voice that is causing you to have results that are not from God, I command them to shut up. Every satanic voice that is pushing you away from your place in destiny, I command them to shup up by fire. I command the voices of negativity and affliction to shup up already.

Today, I silence every satanic voice of enchantment and divination that is speaking against your destiny. I silence the voices from your past seeking space in your future. I silence every voice that wants to make your destiny reduce to nothing. I silence every voice of opposition that is speaking against you. I silence every voice of haters that are speaking where your eyes cannot see. I silence every satanic voice poised against you.

Notice that the voices of negativity that were speaking in our Focal Scripture, were speaking with the voice of the demon possessed man. They used his voice to speak against his destiny. They used his voice to tell Jesus not to interfere with their operation. Even if the enemy seeks to speak against you, make sure that he is not using your own voice. Make sure that you are not the one reiterating what the enemy has said with your own voice.

Say what the Lord is saying concerning you. Say what Jesus is saying concerning you. Don’t say that the enemy is saying. Don’t repeat the words of satanic voices.

Numbers 23:23 says: “Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel: according to this time it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath God wrought!”

Declare With Me: Every satanic voice speaking against me and around me, shut up by fire, in Jesus’ name!

God’s Word: A Promise of Fulfillment and Glory

Today Beautiful Bible Verse:

Then The Lord said to me, “you have seen well, for I am [actively] watching over my word to perform it.

Jeremiah 1:12 (Amplified Bible)

God is watching to see that His Word is fulfilled in your life.

The plans of God for you are so good,

And God will certainly carry out all His good plans for you.

Rejoice, for God is hastening the performance of that which He said concerning you.

The wait is over, you shall now see sudden Glorious Manifestations in your life.

God’s word does not return to Him without a performance.

God’s word does not return to Him void.

And His word has gone forth concerning you.

See what God is also saying:

So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth, it shall not return unto me void,

But it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Isaiah 55:11 (KJV)

Are there words you have received from God? His words begin from Genesis and ends in Revelation. What is the Lord saying to you?

Rejoice, for there shall surely be glorious manifestations.

Say This Out Loud Many Times: Thank You Heavenly Father for performing Your word in my life through Christ Jesus my Lord and Personal Saviour! Amen.

Thank You Father for the glorious manifestations in my life now and always! Amen.

Prophetic Word for Today:

There shall be no delays. There shall be no disappointments.

Thank You Jesus,

1 Corinthians 14. Principles concerning spiritual gifts. More about gifts from the Spirit

Detail - Glory of the New Born Christ in prese...

1 Corinthians 14. Principles concerning spiritual gifts. More about gifts from the Spirit

1 Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy. 2 For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries. 3 But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort. 4 He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church. 5 I would that ye all spake with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied: for greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying.

6 Now, brethren, if I come unto you speaking with tongues, what shall I profit you, except I shall speak to you either by revelation, or by knowledge, or by prophesying, or by doctrine? 7 And even things without life giving sound, whether pipe or harp, except they give a distinction in the sounds, how shall it be known what is piped or harped? 8 For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle? 9 So likewise ye, except ye utter by the tongue words easy to be understood, how shall it be known what is spoken? for ye shall speak into the air. 10 There are, it may be, so many kinds of voices in the world, and none of them is without signification. 11 Therefore if I know not the meaning of the voice, I shall be unto him that speaketh a barbarian, and he that speaketh shall be a barbarian unto me. 12 Even so ye, forasmuch as ye are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that ye may excel to the edifying of the church. 13 Wherefore let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue pray that he may interpret. 14 For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful.

15 What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also. 16 Else when thou shalt bless with the spirit, how shall he that occupieth the room of the unlearned say Amen at thy giving of thanks, seeing he understandeth not what thou sayest? 17 For thou verily givest thanks well, but the other is not edified. 18 I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all: 19 Yet in the church I had rather speak five words with my understanding, that by my voice I might teach others also, than ten thousand words in an unknown tongue. 20 Brethren, be not children in understanding: howbeit in malice be ye children, but in understanding be men.

21 In the law it is written, With men of other tongues and other lips will I speak unto this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me, saith the Lord. 22 Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which believe. 23 If therefore the whole church be come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are mad? 24 But if all prophesy, and there come in one that believeth not, or one unlearned, he is convinced of all, he is judged of all: 25 And thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest; and so falling down on his face he will worship God, and report that God is in you of a truth.

26 How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying. 27 If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret. 28 But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God. 29 Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge. 30 If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace. 31 For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted. 32 And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets. 33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. 35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

36 What? came the word of God out from you? or came it unto you only? 37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord. 38 But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant. 39 Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues. 40 Let all things be done decently and in order.

May GOD bless Nigeria, America and Israel and take care of us; May GOD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the LORD lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

1 Corinthians 13. Love. The greatest spiritual gift

Stained glass at St John the Baptist's Anglica...

1 Corinthians 13. Love. The greatest spiritual gift

1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. 2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. 3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, 5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; 6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; 7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. 9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. 10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. 11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. 12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. 13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

May GOD bless Nigeria, America and Israel and take care of us; May GOD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the LORD lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

Prophecies for the year 2012 by Dr D K Olukoya (Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries)

Dr D. K Olukoya’s prophetic look at 2012

For us at the Mountain Of Fire & Miracles Ministries, 2012 is our “Year of Dominion Celebrations and Supernatural Open Doors. The scriptural foundation for this is found in the following scriptures:

  • Psalm 8:6: “Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet.”
  • Luke 10:19: “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”
  • Revelation 3:8: “I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.”

PROPHETIC LOOK AT YEAR 2012
The General Overseer in his first message of the year described the Year 2012 as “A Cryptic Year.” What does it mean when you say something is cryptic? It means having hidden meaning, being ambiguous in meaning, mysterious, concealed, obscure, coded, camouflaging or evasive, unclear, or strange.

The following constitutes the prophetic picture for the year 2012:
1. It shall be a year of positive and negative mysterious occurrences. But for the saints, there shall be no problem

2. It is a year of the extinction of the strongmen in charge of Hard Labor

3. It will be a year of miraculous deliverances for the Church of God

4. It will be a year of Divine Power, Divine Rulership and Divine Governmental Authority

5. Although the effect of the boiling year will dovetail into 2012, there are forces to contend with it.

6. The divine judgments executed last year will give rise to restoration this year.

7. A year in which the destruction of powers behind bondages and hardships will bring uncommon deliverance for many.

8. A year of uncommon restoration and the elevation of the forgotten and the derided.

9. A year of tribulation for nations who turn their back on bible authority and patterns

10. A year of disgraceful humiliation of proud and wicked rulers

11. A year of apostolic anointing in the nations

12. A year that you must key into fighting from heaven. There is a book available called “Drawers of Powers from the heavenlies”, you can get a copy to understand how to fight from heaven.

13. A year of terrible spiritual warfare. Ice cream Christianity will not work this year. And slumbering prayers will not help.

14. It shall be a year of intensive angelic visitations. A lot of people will see angels physically. People will be in situations where they will receive help from strangers. As a result of this, it shall be a year of massive disgrace of kidnappers.

15. A year of Crude manifestations of divine power

16. A year of economic dominion for those who hate wastage.

17. A year of all-round prosperity for those who bank with the Almighty.

18. A year of manifestation of innovations that are yet unknown to mankind

19. A year of horrible and intensive manipulation and falsehood

20. A year of progress for those who know God

21. A strategic year for those interested in destiny fulfillment

22. A year of new things – new businesses, marriages, wealth, children and breakthroughs

23. A year that will magnify both success and failure

24. A year when the river will swallow the fish

25. A year when the crocodile will be forced to miscarry

26. A year of major conflicts in several parts of the world. Nation against Nation, Race against Race, Tribe against Tribe.

27. A year of geographical gyration and marine madness

28. A year where a lot of prayers will be needed to avert mega environmental disasters

29. For believers who can pray, 2012 is a year that the repair of altars will bring down fire

30. A year of divine announcement of God’s people

31. A year of divine vengeance

32. A year when the Lord will tear the mouth of the lion to bring out what the lion has swallowed.

This is the Prophetic Look at the Year 2012 as the delivered by the General Overseer of the Mountain of Fire & Miracles Ministries Worldwide, Dr D.K. Olukoya.

Judge all prophecies! Test all Things; hold fast to what is good. Abstain from every form of evil

JUDGE ALL
PROPHECIES! TEST ALL THINGS; HOLD FAST WHAT IS GOOD. ABSTAIN FROM EVERY FORM OF
EVIL.

My dear friends don’t
believe everything you hear. Carefully weigh and examine what people tell you.
Not everyone who talks about God comes from God. There are a lot of lying
preachers loose in the world (1 John 4:1 MSG).

Some people
are quick to believe visions, dreams, or prophecies without first finding out
whether or not such visions, dreams or prophecies are in line with the Word of
God. This accounts for the mess many have found themselves in today. A vision,
dream, or prophecy that isn’t consistent with God’s Word, is not from God. In
fact, such visions, prophecies, revelations and dreams should be rebuked in
Jesus Christ Name!

The only
sure way to know if a vision, dream, prophecy or revelation is from God is to
check its consistency with God’s Word. God doesn’t contradict Himself! Take for
example, someone who dreams about getting married to a non-Christian. There’s
no need to muse about such a dream because it definitely contradicts the Word
of God. 2 Corinthians 6:14says, “Be ye
not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath
righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with
darkness?”

I
Thessalonians 5:21 says “Prove all
things; hold fast that which is good.”
In other words, subject all things
to the light of God’s Word. Don’t accept a prophecy, dream or vision that
doesn’t measure up with the Word of God. Just because you felt good about it
doesn’t mean it came from God Almighty.

God’s Word
is the supreme authority-the sole standard-by which we judge whether the manifestations
we see or experience are from Him. Therefore, judge all prophecies with the
Word of God; if they’re not in sync with the revelations of the new creation in
Christ Jesus, they must be discarded.

PRAYER

Dear
Heavenly Father, thank You for giving me Your Word. It is the supreme authority
by which I live and conduct all my affairs. I know without any reservation,
that the story of my life is one of Your grace, favour, and love, because I
live by the Word, in Jesus Christ Name, Amen!
