Nothing Is Impossible With God: A Testimony of Faith and Miracles

Nothing Is Impossible With God

“For with God nothing shall be impossible.” Luke 1:37 (KJV)

I know a woman who delivered at the age of 59. This woman was attending a Bible-believing church and got married to a Pastor, yet no babies. She had three miscarriages and stillbirths. She did not have problems with her husband’s family; her problem was with her own family. They tried to take her to an herbalist. But she told them categorically that it was against her Christian faith. They tried many ways to convince her, but she insisted she was not going anywhere. After many years of repeated failure, they went back to tell her that her God had failed. They reminded her that if her husband gets to 100 years old, he can still marry and have a baby, but for her, the woman, there is a time after which she can’t have a baby again. The woman stood her ground as a Christian and said: “If God does not do it, let it be.” You must reach a point where you know it is God or nothing else. Nothing is impossible with Him.

Along the line, her husband’s brother, who lives outside the country and believed their challenge was stress-induced, invited the woman and her husband over for a period. So, for four months, they just relaxed and had fun, yet nothing happened. They went to the best doctors around, but nothing happened. Instead, they were told that her tube had been damaged because of some medication that was given to her.

Eventually, one of her tubes was removed. By this time, she could no longer produce eggs. So, they returned to their country and started looking unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. At the age of 52, without one tube and ovulating, she had her first baby. After that, a baby girl. And as they kept on thanking God, a third child came when she was 59 years old. God turned her mess into a message. He will do the same for you if you believe.

Morning Prayer

Lord, I am so grateful to be your child. I choose to receive the grace that comes from following you. Thank you for the miracle of new life you have begun in me. Thank you for your desire to bless me. Help me to find my treasure in you. Lord, you are the Good Shepherd. You love me and search for me with diligence and fidelity. You bestow mercy in superabundance. Come to me, pick me up, place me on your shoulders, and carry me. Come and fill my heart so that I may recognize what you are offering me. Lift me up to see the truth of your power and mercy and plan for me. May I trust you enough to stop running from you and hiding from your gentle voice. May your acts of mercy be reward enough and become a source and foundation of my holiness of life. Holy Spirit, I delight in your unique call to me. Heavenly Lord,

Thank You for allowing us to witness another great day full of YOUR blessings, joy, happiness, and above all, love.

As we start a new day, we pray for everyone who reads this. We ask for forgiveness and mercies in our lives. We pray that You give us strength, wisdom, and courage to overcome the challenges of today’s activities.

Fill us with Your Divine wisdom. We pray for financial, physical, and spiritual blessings in our lives. We continue to pray that You protect and show us mercies in our lives, for we can’t do anything without Your Divine mercy.

God’s Promises: Finding Comfort and Hope in Jesus Christ

John 14:1-3:

1. Do not let your heart be troubled. Trust in GOD; trust also in me.

2. In my Father’s house are many rooms, if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you.

3. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. [NIV]

INSPIRATION

(HIS promise is “yea and Amen”).

The Bible is full of promises of GOD which gives believers comfort, joy and hope. The Scripture teaches plenty of helpful insights about GOD’S promises, so that we can count them and understand them better.

We can also count on these promises and confidence that GOD is faithful to accomplish each one.

Biblical example, many heroes of faith experienced GOD’S promises coming to fulfilment, like-Abraham, Joshua, David, Esther and Jeremiah. GOD’S promises are still relevant for the believers of today. Perhaps in your life, you may have experienced GOD’S promises coming to fruition. In the New Testament of the Bible, we are reading of the renewed assurance of GOD’S faithfulness in keeping to HIS promises.

However confusing it might sound to unbelievers, Jesus Christ is the “Yea and Amen” of all GOD’S promises; Jesus Christ is the guarantee and confirmation of GOD’S promises. Christians respond with an Amen to the assurance of GOD’S promises which signifies our affirmation of, and trust in GOD’S faithfulness.

Though we may feel that not much can be counted on. The world around us changes quickly and there are many let-downs we endure. But the Scripture teaches us that GOD’S promises will never fail, it is in Christ that every promises of GOD is fulfilled, meaning that HIS promises are guaranteed and confirmed in through Jesus Christ.

GOD loves HIS children and wants us to have confidence in HIS promises no matter what is happening in our lives.

The changes we face, or the uncertainty of the world, we can be confident that with GOD all things are possible.

Jesus has remained faithful to the Word of GOD. Reading about the life of Jesus in the Gospels, it is clear that HE lived on earth with integrity, honesty and demonstrated the faithfulness of GOD. HIS life undeniably proved that HIS Word is “Yea and Amen.”

Prayer for the day:

Thank You FATHER for another life in good health and safety, be exalted.

Glorious FATHER, we ask for the grace to be faithful in all things. We give our whole life and our whole being. We choose to please You as we renounce what does not please You. We ask for the ability to be faithful to You in thoughts, in words and in our actions.

Bless our bread and water and keep us safe from every resemblance of evil, today and always, in Jesus Christ miraculous name, Amen.
