Jesus Is Our Deliverer.

Romans_10-13: For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved

Romans_10-13: For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved

And so Israel will be saved, as it is written: “The Deliverer will come out of Zion, And He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob; For this is My covenant with them, When I take away their sins.” —Romans 1:26-27
Let me ask you this, today…

What Does It Mean To Be Saved.

Friends, salvation is more than just a “one-time experience.” Imagine yourself playing in a river, when suddenly, a current pulls you away from the shallows and away from your family. Now, imagine, hands grabbing you and ripping you away from what could have been a very dangerous situation. The salvation from the river is with you for the rest of your life. Perhaps you will hold that memory whenever you swim in a river, reminding you to stay safe and be smart. Or perhaps you are only alive at all because of that salvation.
When you are saved, you experience an on-going process of redemption that works miracles every day in your life.
When Jesus died, He defeated anything that the enemy could use to keep you in bondage. Gang, the Bible tells us that we are not just sinners, but that we are slaves to sin. Think about that, for a moment. Picture in your mind an endless torrent of poor results and hardships because of the choices that you make. You cannot turn away from those choices without someone to help you, because by yourself, that river of sin will carry you away toward certain destruction.
But the love of the Father revolutionized all of it! He sent Jesus, and He watched Him die on the cross! What a powerful symbol of freedom and delivery!
Gang, let’s thank God, today, for His ultimate sacrifice, as He chose to give up His Son in order to deliver us from our lives of sin and hurt. He has given you and me life and permanent freedom, and I am proud to proclaim that I am a child of God! Isn’t that a present to cherish?

Jesus Christ The Savior Has Come And He Will Save You To The Uttermost!

Jesus Christ The Savior Has Come And He Will Save You To The Uttermost!

Luke_2-11: For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

Luke_2-11: For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

Luke 2:10–11
Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.

My friend, if all is silent and dark in your life now, and you feel like you have been left out in the cold, just know that Jesus came to be your Savior at such a time as this.

He was not born in the comfort of a warm, cozy room, but in a cold manger. There was no room for Him in the inn (Luke 2:7), so that there will always be room at the cross for your healing, deliverance, wholeness and provision, and a mansion in heaven waiting for you!

Jesus was born very quietly, so quietly that the Bible says that only a group of shepherds came to Him, while the rest of Bethlehem slept. (Luke 2:8–9) Like manna falling quietly from heaven in the Old Testament, the true bread from heaven came quietly. It was a silent night, but that was not all.

Jesus was also born during the darkest time in Israel’s history. Israel was under the tyrannical rule of the Romans. It was during this time, when everything was so dark, that Jesus was born. Beloved, He will come to you in the darkest period of your life.

On that cold and silent night, the shepherds were afraid when the angel of the Lord stood before them. But the angel said, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.”

Beloved, it was not a judge or lawgiver who was born. It was a mighty Savior. He came to save His people. He came to save you and me. So even if you are in a cold, dark period of your life, don’t be afraid—the Savior has come and He will save you to the uttermost!

Isaiah_9-6: For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Isaiah_9-6: For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
