Isaiah 6. God called Isaiah to be a prophet. Isaiah’s vision and commission

1 In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. 2 Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly. 3 And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole  earth is full of his glory. 4 And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.

5 Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts. 6 Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar: 7 And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged. 8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.

9 And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not. 10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed. 11 Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate, 12 And the LORD have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land. 13 But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves: so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof.

Isaiah 1. God reprimands His people Israel. Judah called to repentance

1 The vision of Isaiah the son of Amoz, which he saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah.

2 Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth: for the LORD hath spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me.3 The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master’s crib: but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider. 4 Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward. 5 Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint. 6 From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrifying sores: they have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified with ointment. 7 Your country is desolate, your cities are burned with fire: your land, strangers devour it in your presence, and it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers. 8 And the daughter of Zion is left as a cottage in a vineyard, as a lodge in a garden of cucumbers, as a besieged city. 9 Except the LORD of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah.

10 Hear the word of the LORD, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah. 11 To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats. 12 When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts? 13 Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting. 14 Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them. 15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.

16 Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil; 17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow. 18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. 19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: 20 But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

21 How is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers. 22 Thy silver is become dross, thy wine mixed with water: 23 Thy princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves: every one loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them. 24 Therefore saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies: 25 And I will turn my hand upon thee, and purely purge away thy dross, and take away all thy tin: 26 And I will restore thy judges as at the first, and thy counsellors as at the beginning: afterward thou shalt be called, The city of righteousness, the faithful city. 27 Zion shall be redeemed with judgment, and her converts with righteousness. 28 And the destruction of the transgressors and of the sinners shall be together, and they that forsake the LORD shall be consumed. 29 For they shall be ashamed of the oaks which ye have desired, and ye shall be confounded for the gardens that ye have chosen. 30 For ye shall be as an oak whose leaf fadeth, and as a garden that hath no water. 31 And the strong shall be as tow, and the maker of it as a spark, and they shall both burn together, and none shall quench them.

Zechariah 10:6 – When your debtors are refusing or are unable to pay. – When you lose your job unrighteously – When your things have been stolen and you desire recovery and arrest of the thieves – When you desire a recovery of past financial losses – Whenever you want to ‘possess your possession’ No matter the spiritual height from which you have fallen, God is very much interested in restoring you, if only you can cry unto Him for mercy. Job 42: 10: “And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends; also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.” It is the devil’s job to steal, to kill and to destroy. (John 10:10). His greatest design is to destroy the image of God in man. He will use any method.

The Bible says, “When the hedge is broken, the serpents will bite” (Ecclesiastes 10:8). Many, through carelessness break the protective hedge God has placed around their lives and property. Thus they allow the enemy to destroy it. The good news is that what is killed, stolen or destroyed by the enemy can be restored by God. Jesus said, “I am come that you might have life and life more abundantly “(John 10:10). God has promised in Joel 2:25 to restore unto us our lost and wasted years. Everything lost to the devil will be restored by God. Job lost all but in the end everything was restored to him even in multiple-fold. As you pray these prayer points, power for restoration will be released into your life. Confession: Jeremiah. 1:12: Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.

Confession
Joel 2:25-26: And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed. Isa. 41:18-20: I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water. I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, the shittah tree, and the myrtle, and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the fir tree, and the pine, and the box tree together: That they may see, and know, and consider, and understand together, that the hand of the LORD hath done this, and the Holy One of Israel hath created it.

Praise Worship

  1. Thank God for the name of Jesus.
  2. Lord, open doors of opportunity to me through this prayer, in the name of Jesus.
  3. I command all evil unknown forces organised against my life to be scattered, in the name of Jesus.
  4. I paralyse every activity of physical and spiritual parasites and devourers in my life, in the name of Jesus.
  5. Powers denying me my due miracles, receive the stones of fire, in the name of Jesus.
  6. I recover all the ground that I had lost to the enemy, in Jesus’ name
  7. I bind the spirit of depression, frustration and disillusionment in my life, in the name of Jesus.
  8. Heavenly surgeons, perform the necessary surgical operations in all the areas of my life, in the name of Jesus.
  9. Lord Jesus, carry out all the repairs that are necessary in my life. Decree aggressively
  10. Let all the parasites feeding on any area of my life be roasted, in the name of Jesus.
  11. Fire of God, consume the evil clock of the enemy that is working against my life, in the name of Jesus.
  12. My life is not a fertile ground for any evil to thrive in, Jesus’ name.
  13. I command all doors of good things, closed against me by the enemy to be opened, in the name of Jesus.
  14. I reject the spirit of impossibility, I claim open doors, in the name of Jesus.
  15. I decree restoration seven fold in . . . areas of my life, in the name of Jesus.
  16. I refuse to wage war against myself, in the name of Jesus.
  17. Lord, make my case a miracle. Shock my foes, friends, and even myself, in the name of Jesus.
  18. Lord, give me the solution to any problem facing me, in the name of Jesus.
  19. Trees of problems in my life, dry up to the roots, in Jesus’ name.
  20. Walls of physical and spiritual opposition, fall after the order of Jericho, in the name of Jesus.
  21. Let my king Uzziah die, so that I can see Your face, O Lord, in the name of Jesus.
  22. I posses the power to pursue, overtake and recover my goods from spiritual Egyptians, in the name of Jesus.
  23. Let every spell, jinxes, and demonic incantations rendered against me be cancelled, in the name of Jesus.
  24. I cancel every effect of any strange help received from Egypt regarding this problem, in the name of Jesus.
  25. Lord, heal all wounds and spiritual bullets sustained from attacks of the enemy.
  26. Let all hidden potentials and gifts that will make me great, stolen from me, be restored 21 fold, in the name of Jesus.
  27. I reject the spirit of regret, woes and disappointment, in the name of Jesus.
  28. Lord, give me power for a new beginning.
  29. Lord, make my life a miracle and be glorified in every area of it, in the name of Jesus.
  30. Lord Jesus, I thank You for answering my prayer.
