You Are Chosen! By Pastor  Andre Butler.

Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

John 15:16.

We did not choose God. Rather, He chose us. When Jesus taught this important truth to His disciples the night before He died, He told them that He had ordained them for a purpose: to go and bring forth fruit, to win other people to Jesus. God’s will is that every believer—not just pastors or people who have been in the church for many years—produce fruit, because our fruitfulness determines our prosperity. When we produce fruit for God, He produces fruit for us. We cannot come down hard on the prosperity side but light on the fruitfulness side. We have to be true to the Word. God says that if you bring people into His family and you make Him rich, He will make you rich.
