All Things Are Possible With God

Mark_9-23-1: Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth

“And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.”

Mark 10:27

You must understand that whatever the devil says will happen in your life will not happen. That includes those things that have been delayed, what the doctors have long written off and what was said to be impossible. Because all things are possible with God. When the devil has finished pressurising and seems to have brought everything to a close, there is a dimension called the dimension of possibility. It raises you to the class of God and pulls you beyond your human limitations. That is the dimension Abraham believed in. The Bible says, “Who against hope”, that is, human hope. In other words, naturally by all medical prognosis there was no way this man would have had a baby. If they were young they would have said it is possible. But they were now very old and there was nothing physically for them to hope on. Abraham, against all human hope, still believed in hope. This is another hope beyond human hope. He believed that he would become the father of nations just as God had said it.

Most times we do not realise that God has always proven Himself. And that is why when the Bible says God cannot lie we do not realise the full import of that statement. We merely have an understanding that God is God, and since He is a good God He cannot do bad things and so He can not lie. But here is what it really means in the simplest term: If your dress is purple and God says it is white it turns to white automatically. This is because our God cannot lie. If He says it then it is already done. The truth is that God’s word defines whatever it is you are confronted with because He has the final say.

God is not corroborating what the devil has said, He speaks and without doubt, it comes to pass. He is not thinking about it, or saying, like we normally do, all things being equal. No, when God speaks, nature gravitates to ensuring it comes to pass. Jesus gave us the example and He went on to say whatever we believe we will see come to pass. When He spoke to the fig tree, He did not sit down to see how the tree will wither, He went His way and the next day, watch it: it was not Jesus who noticed that the fig tree had died, it was His disciples who probably found His declaration weird. Get into the realm of possibility and nothing the Lord has promised you will ever fail. They will all come to pass.

God Is Always Speaking To Me

Acts_18-9: Then spake the Lord to Paul in the night by a vision, Be not afraid, but speak, and hold not thy peace

“But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.”

Matthew 4:4

Beloved, you must understand that God is always speaking to you and that is why the Bible says that man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God. There is a proceeding word. I always tell people that you cannot hear what a person is saying when you are not close to him. God speaks to you in a still small voice, but if there is no fellowship you cannot hear Him. There is a proceeding word that you can only hear when you are connected in the spirit. The Bible says the deep calls unto the deep. When you are connected in the spirit you will hear it and you will become a divine dynamite, ready to explode. Hallelujah!

The Church of Jesus Christ is going to another dimension, that is why we cannot continue to do things in the usual way. There is a change in the realm of the spirit. There has to be a shift in the spirit before the power of God will begin to enter us. And then the power that God has put inside of us can begin to manifest. And the more God anoints you, the more the challenges that confront you.

The gospel is the power of God and when it is preached things begin to happen. That is why Paul said I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ. Why? Because it is the power of God. It is the power of God to unto salvation to everyone who believes in Him. There is no way things are going to remain the same. The day you gave your life to Christ you probably thought that you will continue to live the way you use to live. Probably be in a hotel, cheating or getting involved in all kinds of deals. No! Do you know what happened the day you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour? The devil was deprived of the power to stop you. That same day you were delivered from the power of darkness and translated into the Kingdom of God’s dear son. That same day, you became a child of God. His word started proceeding to you and you started living in the realm of His power. For this reason you must never think the devil can stop you. You will not be stopped in Jesus name.

I Want All God Has For Me

Jeremiah_32-27: Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?

And after six days Jesus taketh with him Peter, and James, and John, and leadeth them up into an high mountain apart by themselves: and he was transfigured before them.

God is looking for remnants that are tired of playing church. Some of you think that after intercessory prayers, choir practice, clapping of hands, song ministration, the preacher preaches three sermons, offering is taken and we dismiss, church has ended. No! Church goes beyond that. This is the reason why you must not do church by assuming that once you get into the four walls of the church building and service is ended, you retire to the rot in the world without making any difference.

Notice that it is not all the disciples of Jesus that had the experience on the mount of transfiguration. It was only three of them. Was it because Jesus decided to select only the three of them? No, it was there choice. I want all God has for me. There are people who are content with anything. Ten percent, twenty percent, but there others who say if there is anything like one hundred and twenty percent or two hundred percent we want it .These set of people say we want what God has for us.

The other disciples remained at the valley. They couldn’t climb the mountain because climbing the mountain requires some discipline, price and sacrifice. Peter, James and John were not contented with the valley, they climbed the mountain and were shown something very powerful that there is the other side to the challenge. The devil does not have the final word because there is the other side to every pressure, barrenness, poverty and even death.

The Bible says the three beheld something glorious and they said let us tabernacle in there but before they could finish they were interrupted by a voice from heaven.

Aspire for the mountain top, but remember the battle is in the valley. The valley of sickness, the valley of pains and agony. God is saying you don’t have to tabernacle on the mountain, get down into the valley engage the adversary in battle and experience the victory that God has reserved for you.

God Is Good!

Psalms_100-5: For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

Psalms 100:5, “For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.”

The person and the works of God are good. He is good in His generosity and kindness to all of creation, in His unconditional love in Christ coming to die for sinners and in His saving and special love to His elect people.

He is good, He is goodness, good in Himself, good in His essence, good in the highest degree. Possessing whatever is calmly, excellent, desirable, the highest good because the first good, whatever is perfect goodness is God.

Whatsoever is truly goodness in any creature is a resemblance of God. All the names of God are comprehended in this one of good. All gifts, all variety of goodness are contained in Him as one common good. He is the efficient cause of all good by an overflowing goodness of His nature. He refers all things to Himself as the end of the representation of His own goodness.

One of my favorite scriptures is James 1:17 where the apostle writes, “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” 1 Timothy 4:4, “For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving.”

May His word bring blessing and strength to your life today as you meditate on His goodness!

Welcome To Your Year Of All Sufficiency

Jeremiah_29-11: For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end

“God is able to make it up to you by giving you everything you need and more so that there will not only be enough for your own needs but plenty left over to give joyfully to others.” 2 Corinthians 9:8 (TLB)

It is with great joy that I welcome you to this great year-2016 Year of all Sufficiency. You will agree with me that as the coming of the Lord draws closer, the world system is failing more and more. Things are getting worse for the world but not for the church. I dare say that this is the finest hour of the church and it will get better and better. The things that appeared difficult to you before, from today onwards will become easy in Jesus name.

God gave us this theme as the year begins to awaken in us the reality of what is coming and assure us that our future is better and brighter. I have quoted The Living Bible translation to bring the word home to you. Beloved, God is able to make everything up to you by giving you everything you need and more. Have you lost anything in past years? I prophesy over your life that this year, God will make it up to you. Have you been deprived of anything? Get ready because God is making it up to you. Yes, the world will get darker and darker, but because you are in Christ, it will get better and better for you. You will not just have enough; instead, you will have plenty left over to give joyfully to others.

So stand firm on the word and begin to rejoice from this third day of the year because this will be your best year yet. No matter what you are believing God for this year, it will manifest. Dance and rejoice because it is your Year of all Sufficiency.

1-Peter_2-24: Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed

“And when any will offer a meat offering unto the Lord, his offering shall be of fine flour; and he shall pour oil upon it, and put frankincense thereon”.

Leviticus 2:1 (KJV)

Notice that in our text “fine flour” is likened to Jesus, who like wheat, had been pounded, beaten, and sifted several times. The scripture reminds us of His sufferings and sacrifice for us. Like fine flour there is nothing harsh about Jesus. Everything about Him comes in equal proportions. Every word He spoke and every thought and action He took was fine and lovely. He was flawless beauty and brilliance unlike the other people we see in the Bible. Abraham, though the father of faith, lied about his wife (Genesis 20:1-18). Moses, who is described as the meekest man, struggled with his temper (Numbers 12:3; 20:1-2). Peter was zealous for Jesus yet denied Him three times (Matthew 26:33-34; 69-75). John, who was regarded as the Apostle of Love, wanted to call down fire to destroy the Samaritans (Luke 9:52-54). Paul, who was the Apostle of Grace and blazed the trail of missions, went to Jerusalem even though he was told not to by the Holy Ghost (Acts 21:4; 10-15). Notice that man at his best still fails. The only faultless, flawless, all round lovely is Jesus; we can boldly look up to Him and never be disappointed.

Take time and look at all the examples listed above, as well as many others that I did not mention. You will see that the best of man is still human. This is why the plan for redemption had to be carried out by a God-man. God realised that any man born of a natural birth is subject to error, because the DNA of man is already laden with sin. So to redeem man, God had to step in supernaturally and ensure that the DNA of sin did not get into the seed. This is why Jesus was conceived of the Virgin; that was the only way God could come in the flesh to redeem man. The price for sin had to be paid.

Don’t try to earn this great gift; instead, simply receive it, appreciate it, acknowledge it, and celebrate it.

I Will Succeed Because God Has Already Made Me A Success

1-Corinthians_10-13: There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it

“Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.”

Genesis 17:5 (KJV)

God declared in the book of Genesis chapter 15 that His children will go into captivity for 400 years. God was speaking to Abraham, a man who had no baby and thought that Eliezer his chief servant was his child of promise. Abraham said to God, you are saying these things to me, what will you do for me, seeing that my servant will inherit all that I have? And God laughed and then took him outside and showed him a picture of what He will do for him. As though that was not enough, God made Abraham to sleep and made a covenant with him. He said you are still talking about a son when I am speaking about a nation. I will do exceedingly abundantly above what you have or think according to the power that is at work in you.

How do you see this God? He said you are talking about a son when I am speaking about a nation. God said to Abraham, a nation is coming out of you and for your information this nation is going into captivity for 400 years and they will be afflicted. But at the end of the day, I will afflict those that afflicted them and bring them out of captivity.

You will succeed because God has already made you.

So when Pharaoh was dancing around, he was only wasting his time because the children of Israel were already made to leave Egypt. In the same vein I declare that you are coming out of sickness, you are coming out of disease, you are coming out of barrenness, you are coming out of poverty and you will succeed because God has already made you. In fact, I pity the devil this day because there is no way you are going to be the same again. You are a living miracle. It is not by power, it is not by might but by the spirit of the Lord. I declare to you today that you are already made to come out of that situation and you are coming out because all things are possible to you if you can only believe, Amen!
