Psalm 107:20

Psalm 107
gives a graphic picture of those who are in trouble. It says “Fools because of their transgressions, and
because of their iniquities, are afflicted. Their soul abhorred all manner of
food; and they draw near unto the gates of death” (verse 17-18). Who are
these “fools?” it’s talking about those that reject knowledge of God’s Word.
They experience all kinds of trouble in their lives because of their ignorance
of the Word.

Then, the
Bible says they “cry unto the Lord in
their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses” (verse 19). But
