Deuteronomy 6:23 says: “He brought us out from thence, that He might bring us in, to give us the land which He sware unto our fathers.” This is a great revelation to Israel. They had been bound for 430 years. They had been in sin, and they had been enslaved. They had been heavily burdened and grieved by the oppression of Pharaoh and the bondage he subjected them to, but God brought them out through the shed blood of the Passover lamb.
