Worries
“Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?”
-Luke 12:25-26

Many of us think that it’s normal to feel worried. In fact, if we have nothing to worry about, we start looking for things to worry about. We think that, if we worry, we’re more responsible. If we’re in a constant state of worry, then we’re not naive, but realists. We’re looking out for our own benefits, making sure that nothing bad happens.
Sometimes we may even think, “If I stop worrying, I leave myself open to being injured, or violated, or taken advantage of somehow. So, I have to worry constantly.” However, that is not the life that God, who…
