Mountain Movers: RCCG August 2026 Holy Ghost Service. Sermon and Prayer Point by Pastor E A Adeboye.

Text: Mark 11: 22-23

A mountain is an obstacle big enough to hinder your progress or stop it.

Straightaway, declare:

Anything that can stop my progress, get out of my way now!

There are ways of dealing with mountains:

1. You can turn back.

The Bible says that if anyone turns back, God will have no pleasure in them. Hebrews 10:38

Declare loudly,

I will never turn back!

2. You may try to walk around the mountain.

But walking around it may be a waste of time.

You may go round it, and end up where you started.

The children of Israel went round their mountain for 40 years. Numbers 14:34

Some Israelites even died in the process. Numbers 14: 31-32

In the Name above every other name, that kind of problem that will cause you to go round and round will never come your way.

3. You may decide to climb the mountain.

Climbing a mountain is a good idea, but what happens on the other side?

By the time you’ve climbed up, you can’t turn back. You need God to help you.

You need to have faith in God because with Him, all things are possible.  Luke 1:37, Mark 9:23

Why must you have faith in God?

  1. He is the Creator of all things and knows the foundation of all mountains.
  2. None of the problems facing you is older than God.
  3. He is the Ancient of days. Daniel 7:9
  4. He created all things. John 1:1-3

If you hand the mountain to God, He has His own way of dealing with mountains:

1. He can bore a hole through the mountain, so that you go through the belly of the mountain to the other side.

You pass through, such that those looking at you on this side of the mountain, will discover that you’ve gone to the other side.

The enemies you see today, you will see them no more, because you will pass over to the other side.

Exodus 14:13

All those who are looking for you on this side of the mountain in your life, will discover that you have escaped.

2. God can break the mountain to pieces.

The Wall of Jericho in the way of the Israelites was broken in pieces. Joshua 6: 15-end

Anointing will DESTROY the yoke. Isaiah 10:37

If the yoke is cut, it can be repaired. But if it is destroyed, it is gone completely.

When God decides to demolish your mountain, it is so that the mountain can never be rebuilt.

3. The Lord can cause you to fly above a mountain. Isaiah 40: 28-31

The beautiful thing about flying across the mountain is that the mountain will be there but you’ll be far above it.

You’ll look down on it and smile from above.

What is your mountain?

▪︎ Is it physical? Have you a problem that doctors can not handle?

You will speak to the mountain and command it to move.

+ The woman with the issue of blood had a problem beyond the ability of the doctors to cure. Mark 5: 25-34

In the Name of the God I serve, that mountain will move.

▪︎ Is your problem a family problem? A problem that no one but God can solve.

The woman who came to Jesus, came to Him because of her daughter not herself.

Matthew 15:21-28

Do you have a family who is going through one thing or the other?

In the Name above every other name, that mountain will be moved tonight.

▪︎ Is your problem emotional?

Are you dealing with some kind of sorrow, a certain ‘but’?

For example, you ought to be married and in your home, but you’re still living with your parents.

In the Name above every other name, whatever is a “but” in your life, is going to end tonight.

Everything still causing you sorrow shall be gone tonight.

▪︎ Is your mountain financial?

Is it difficult for you to make endsmeet?

Poverty is a mountain.

In the Name above every other name, you won’t die poor.

All that you need to achieve the purpose of God for your life, in God’s own miraculous way, shall be supplied today.

Is your problem physical, financial, a family problem, or an emotional problem? He will solve it.

▪︎ Is it a spiritual problem?

Are you doing certain things that you know are contrary to God’s will, and yet, you lack the power to stop?

In the Name above every other name, that mountain will move tonight.

The Lord is ready to move your mountains.

But you must speak to the mountain.

You must say it out with your mouth and you must have faith in God.

If you believe and doubt not, you will tell mountains to move and they will move.

Salvation Call:

If you haven’t given your life to Jesus Christ or would like to rededicate your life, ask the Lord to have mercy on you, forgive your sins, wash you clean with His blood, and save your soul.

Topic: Divine Priorities

Text: 3 John 1:2

Some people say if you’re a Christian, you should die poor, when God says, “I wish above all things, that you may prosper.”

God’s wish for you is that:

1. You’ll be prosperous.

2. You’ll be healthy.

As your soul prospers.

1. God’s priority of prosperity 

When you speak, what comes out is your priority.

Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. 

The first thing that came out of God’s mouth to man is “you’re blessed.” Genesis 1:26-28

It was priority to God.

He is saying to you tonight, you are blessed! 

The blessings of God make rich and add no sorrow.

︎ The next thing God said to man after creation is, “Be fruitful”

He means be fruitful in all facets of life. 

︎ The next thing God said to Adam is that he’ll multiply.

 In the name of the Almighty God, you will multiply.

When Jacob moved his family to Egypt, there were about 70 of them.

By the time Israel left Egypt in Exodus 12:37, there were 630,000 men.

︎ The next thing God said to Adam is 

“You will have dominion”. James 3:7

Dominion means you have the right to say, “Thus far and no more.”

Every animal has been tamed by man; God gave us dominion over them.

2. The next priority of God for you after prospering is for you to be in health.

Even after Adam sinned, he was still alive for over 900 years. Genesis 5:5, 25

︎ God’s plan is not for you to die young.

His original plan was never for us to die young. But sin changed that reality.

︎ Every place Jesus went where there was death, He reversed it.

☆ Obedience is another word for holiness. 

Trouble comes when you try to reason how God can solve your problem.

When He instructs you, obey.

You want God to demonstrate to you how great He can be?

Why don’t you obey Him even at the risk of being called stupid by people?

Do you want special extraordinary favour? Learn to say yes to God.

You don’t have to cheat; just obey God.

Why do you want to disobey the One Who owns the whole earth?

Salvation Call 

It is easy to walk with God, just surrender your life to Him.

If you haven’t given your life to Jesus or would like to rededicate your life, ask the Lord to have mercy on you, forgive your sins, wash you clean with His blood, and save your soul.

2. Apologize to God for every act of disobedience you’ve done in the past.

Three priorities on God’s heart concerning us:

1. Fellowship

Our priority should be how to please God. 

We are called to love God totally and wholeheartedly. Mark 3:14

Your walk with God is more important than your work for Him.

2. Using our mother-in-Israel as an example, God wants us to build godly homes.

Proverbs 31:11

3. God wants you to shine.

Shining through the winning of souls. Daniel 12:3

Prioritize God and live for Him:

︎ Choose to settle the day with God first

︎ You have only one life to live. Choose to live it for Christ.

︎ Seek the mantle and not the title.

Testimonies 

It’s now time to hear of the good reports of God’s goodness in our lives. 

It is testimony time!

A sister is testifying in a successful application of her trademark certification.

Bro Balogun suffered from an eye defect. During the May 2026 HGS, he keyed into a word of prophecy from Daddy GO, on healing in the eye, and today he is completely healed.

Bro Oluwafemi was blessed with a PhD scholarship worth millions of naira abroad, but on getting there he fell terribly sick. He wrote a letter to daddy GO and got a prayer response. Thereafter, he received his healing! Hallelujah!

A woman is testifying for her son who  developed kidney issues while in imprisonment. The mother keyed into various words of prophecies on freedom from prison, and today he is now a free man, and also healed. Hallelujah!

A brother used to have burning sensations on his head for a long time. He came to the camp ground in faith, and during the service , Daddy GO gave a prophetic word that every burning sensation will disappear. That night he received the word with faith, and got his healing!

A lady was diagnosed to have ovarian cysts. She came for the 2025 Annual Convention seeking healing, she kept going for checks and praying. Last month, she went for a medical check and the ovarian cyst was gone!

A sister is testifying of God’s glory. She had applied for an opportunity multiple times and failed. She came to the camp and received a word to keep trying. God answered and she got 2 major awards – one national, and one Nobel Teaching Prize for Top 10 teachers in the world!

A brother is thanking God for preservation from accident. He was enroute for the program, when he was involved in a head on collision with his bus and a private car. To the glory of God, every passenger was safe, and unharmed. Thank you God

OPENING PRAYER: Father, please keep all marriages from collapsing and redeem all marriages that are facing storms.

1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

The events that are happening all over the world are an indication of the end time. As believers, there is a need for us to prepare ahead by taking proactive steps to equip ourselves.

TEXT REVIEW: 2 Timothy 3:1-7

We are in the last days, perilous times are here.
Attractions are everywhere to dispossess you of your godly inheritance.
Beware of constant liars, even on the pulpit.

LESSON OUTLINE ONE: UNDERSTANDING THE TIMES

We as believers are supposed to be watchful and be prepared for the perilous time, just like the children of Issachar, who had an understanding of the times and knew what Israel thought to do.

Terrible Times Ahead: 2 Corinthians 3:1-4

  1. People will be lovers of themselves.
  2. Boastful, proud, abusive.
  3. Disobedient, ungrateful, unholy.
  4. Unforgiving, without love, slanderous, without self-control. 2 Timothy 3:1-4

LESSON OUTLINE TWO: PREPARE AHEAD

The book of Psalm 121:1 states that I will lift my eyes on to the hills, from where cometh my help, in preparation for these challenging times, we should turn to God for assistance. The bible contains all the information we need regarding the future, so there is need for us;

A. to study and apply God’s word. Psalm 119:11
B. Cultivate a deep prayer life. 1 Thessalonians 5:17
C. Develop a strong relationship with God.
D. Be prepared like the five wise virgins. Matthew 25:1-13.
E. Associate with heaven-bound believers. 1 Corinthians 15:33

SUMMARY: My son, if sinners entice you, turn your back from them. Jesus’ coming is real.

CONCLUSION: Don’t be fearful or anxious about the perilous times, be vigilant, focus on God’s presence and power to deliver. No one knows the exact time of Jesus’ return except the Father in heaven, but His appearance will be sudden, and many will not believe or care about it.

What are the perils of not preparing ahead? What was Daniel’s record about His coming? Daniel 7:13-14

PRAYER POINTS

  1. Father, prepare your church for your return.
  2. Father, help all believers to be on the firing point till you arrive.
  3. Father, breathe life back to all complacent believers across the world.
  4. Father, please keep our garments free from stains and worldly allures.
  5. Father, never allow me to lose my promised mansions at your return.

INTRODUCTION: Vision is the revelation of something that is about to happen in the future. Actualizing the vision is the conscious efforts made in order to cause to become reality what has been revealed to man. In this context conscious efforts that the Church RCCG need to make in order to have 40 million members of RCCG in all the nations of the world before or latest by the year 2032.

PRAYER GUIDE.

1. Father, thank you for the humble beginning of your Church RCCG in Jesus name. Job.8:7.

2. Father, thank you for the present population and the expansion of your Church in Jesus name.

3. Father, thank you for your grace and mercy that have been sustaining your Church in Jesus name. Lam.3:22-23.

4. Father, thank you for not allowing the flood of the enemies to sweep away your Church in Jesus name. Isai.43:2.

5. Father, in your own supernatural way, release the power of commitment to all your ministers in all the continents of the world for aggressive evangelism and soul winning in Jesus name. Ecl.9:10.

6. Father, you are the Lord of host, please go ahead of your ministers into all the continents of the world as a consuming fire and consume every giant that may want to stand as hinderance against the preaching of the gospel in Jesus name. Deu.9:3.

7. Father, in your own supernatural way, confirm every of your word in the mouth of your ministers with signs and wonders in Jesus name. John.4:48, Acts.19:11-12.

8. Father, the hearts of the kings are in your hand, turn the hearts of kings and leaders of the world to become great evangelists in Jesus name. Prov. 21;1, Acts. 9:4-7.

9. Father, anyone that is planted in the RCCG to frustrate vision 2032, expose them and uproot them by fire in Jesus name. Jos.7:20-25.

10. Father, in your own supernatural way, help your Church to fulfil Vision 2032 in Jesus name.

 MINISTER, MISSION AND MISSIONARY.

 TEXT:2 Corin.11:21-33, Math.28:18-20.

INTRODUCTION: A minister is a steward in the house of the Lord who has been appointed by God to look after the flock. Mission is the key ministry objective of the Church while Missionaries are the people that are sent out to foreign countries called mission fields with the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. They face a lot of challenges in their locations.

PRAYER GUIDE.

1. Father, thank you for your grace and mercy that all our ministers and missionaries enjoy everyday in Jesus name. Lam.3:22-23.

2. Father, thank you for keeping away all our ministers and missionaries from all evils in Jesus name. Ps.91:1-8.

3. Father, thank you for encouraging all our ministers and missionaries in Jesus name. 1Kings.19:5-7.

4. Father, by your mercy, fortify all our ministers and missionaries against any form of attack in Jesus name. Gal.6:17.

5. Father, in your own supernatural way, confirm your words in the mouth of your ministers and missionaries with signs and wonders in Jesus name. John.4:48. Acts. 4:14-16

6. Father, arise as the Almighty God and repeal every anti-gospel law that has been enacted in any nation of the world in Jesus name. Esth.8:5-8.

7. Father, by your mercy, release the spirit of boldness to preach the gospel upon your ministers and missionaries in Jesus name. Acts.4:29-31.

8. Father, in your own supernatural way, release the power to completely paralyze all the powers of the enemy of the gospel upon all your ministers and missionaries in Jesus name. Exo.8:18-19, 1kings.18:26.

9. Father, in your own supernatural way, release the power that will make all your ministers and missionaries to continue to grow stronger and stronger and the adversaries weaker and weaker upon them now in Jesus name. 2Sam.3:1.

10. Father, help your ministers and missionaries to end well and end strong in Jesus name.

NATIONS AND CONTINENTS – EMPHASIS NIGERIA.

TEXT: Prov.14:34, 25:4-5, 2Chron.7:13-14.

INTRODUCTION: The word of God has gone out through our Daddy G O, that this year will be year of brand-new  beginning, Daddy later told us to pray more for the fulfilment of this prophecy. As things begin to get better, some enemies of progress have started reversing the situation, as we pray God will intervene and disappoint all the enemies of progress in Nigeria in Jesus name.

PRAYER GUIDE.

1. Father, we thank you for the grace to survive the past turbulence months in Jesus name.

2. Father, thank you for what we are passing through as a nation in Jesus name. Ps.23:4

3. Father, thank you for your grace and mercy that has not allowed this nation Nigeria to experience civil war in Jesus name. Ps.46:9-11.

4. Father, thank you for we know that your divine purpose for Nigeria will surely come to pass in Jesus name. Hab.2:3.

5. Father, we humble ourselves have mercy and forgive us all our sins as a nation in Jesus name. 2Chron.7:14 

6. Father, arise and destroy every weapon of the enemies to destabilize Nigeria in Jesus name. Isai.54:17.

7. Father, you are the Lord God of vengeance and recompense, arise and make haste against all the enemies of this nation and let their day of calamity come hastily in Jesus name. Deu.32:35.

8. Father, deliver your children from the hand of the cruel man in this nation in Jesus name. Ps.71:4

9. Father, let your wind continue to blow in Nigeria and begin to expose and disgrace all the looters of the economy of our nation in Jesus name.

10. Father, arise and break the arm of the wicked and the evil man until you find none in our land in Jesus name. Ps. 10:15.

NATIONS AND CONTINENTS OUTSIDE NIGERIA.

TEXT: Ps.33:8-17.

INTRODUCTION: The devil knows that his time is very short, therefore he is desperately looking for as many nations as he can capture before the game is over. The devil also knows that if he captures the leader of any country, he has captured all the citizens of such country, the reason all the leaders are making laws that promote evil and prohibit the spreading of the gospel. But Jesus has assured us that gates of hell shall not prevail.

PRAYER GUIDE.

1. Father, thank you for your grace and mercy that all the continents of the world are enjoying today in Jesus name. Lam.3:22-23.

2. Father, thank you for not allowing another world war to start in Jesus name. Ps.46:9.

3. Father, thank you for the relative peace we are enjoying in all the continents of the world in Jesus name. John.14”27.

4. Father, arise and put an end to the ongoing wars between Ukraine and Russia and between America -Iran -Israel and Hesbollah  in Jesus name. Ps.46:9.

5. Father, you are the Almighty God, arise and demonstrate your power to all the evil leaders in all the continents of the world in Jesus name. Exo.12:29-32.

6. Father, arise and destroy all the gods and the altars that have been given support to all the wicked leaders of the world in Jesus name.1kings.18:40.

7. Father, arise and turn the counsel of all the conspirators in all the hostile nations of the world to foolishness now in Jesus name. 2Sam. 15:31, 17:23.

8. Father, arise and repeal every law that is against the spreading of the gospel in all the continents of the world in Jesus name. Esth.8:5-8.

9. Father, arise and arrest the souls of all the persecutors of your Church as you arrested Saul of Tarsus and turn them to another Apostle Paul in Jesus name.  Acts. 9:1-20.

10. Father, let your wind continue to blow away all the agents of the devil in all the continents of the world and let righteousness rule in all the continents of the world in Jesus name. Prov.14:31-34, Ps.33:12.
