God The Unchangeable Changer.
2-Corinthians_3:18: But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord

For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.
Hebrews 13:8
Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and for ever.
Introduction:
In Genesis 1:1, the Bible says “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.”
In John 1:1-3, the Bible says “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made.”
In Psalm 24:1 the Bible again says “The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.”
Putting these Bible references together, one can deduce that:
1. God exists in Trinity.
2. God also exists as Word of God.
3. God is the creator of Heaven & Earth.
4. God is the Creator of the fullness of Heaven & Earth.
5. God has been in existence even before creations.
It is interesting to discover that between the creations and now, God has neither died nor slept nor would He slumber. He is ever there as vibrant as ever, as fit as fiddle. Attending to problems and challenges of both physical and spiritual nature from generation to generations, He is a God that never changes but changes situations and circumstance. He can change anything, everything at any time, by suspending all the natural laws and super imposing His own supernatural laws on them. God is the unchangeable changer.
Attributes of the unchangeable God.
1. God remains the same forever.
Hebrews 13:8
Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
2. The Word of God can never be changed.
Psalm 119:162
I rejoice in your promise like one who finds great spoil.
3. The power of God cannot change.
Psalm 68:35
O God, thou art terrible out of thy holy places: the God of Israel is he that giveth strength and power unto his people. Blessed be God.
4. The name of God cannot change.
Proverbs 18:10
The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.
5. In holiness, He cannot change.
Habakkuk 1:13a;
Your eyes are too pure to look on evil; you cannot tolerate wrongdoing. Why then do you tolerate the treacherous? Why are you silent while the wicked swallow up those more righteous than themselves?
1 Peter 1:16
Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
6. He cannot lie.
Number 23:19
God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
7. In mercy, His mercy endure forever.
Lamentations 3:23.
They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
8. In faithfulness, He cannot change.
Revelations 19:11;
And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

Circumstances/Situations Changed By God.
1. The Captivity of Israelites in Egypt for 430 years was turned around by God and He led them to the Promised Land.
Exodus 12:40-42.
Now the sojourning of the children of Israel, who dwelt in Egypt, was four hundred and thirty years.
41 And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, even the selfsame day it came to pass, that all the hosts of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt.
42 It is a night to be much observed unto the Lord for bringing them out from the land of Egypt: this is that night of the Lord to be observed of all the children of Israel in their generations.
2. The hopeless situation of the completely Dry bones transformed into a living Army of God.
Ezekiel 37:1-10
3. Barren wombs became fruitful wombs.

And the Lord visited Hannah, so that she conceived, and bare three sons and two daughters. And the child Samuel grew before the Lord.

4. Making Balaam’s donkey to speak like a human being.
Numbers 22:21-28
Balaam’s Donkey
21 Balaam got up in the morning, saddled his donkey and went with the Moabite officials.
22 But God was very angry when he went, and the angel of the Lord stood in the road to oppose him. Balaam was riding on his donkey, and his two servants were with him. 23 When the donkey saw the angel of the Lord standing in the road with a drawn sword in his hand, it turned off the road into a field. Balaam beat it to get it back on the road.
24 Then the angel of the Lord stood in a narrow path through the vineyards, with walls on both sides.
25 When the donkey saw the angel of the Lord, it pressed close to the wall, crushing Balaam’s foot against it. So he beat the donkey again.
26 Then the angel of the Lord moved on ahead and stood in a narrow place where there was no room to turn, either to the right or to the left.
27 When the donkey saw the angel of the Lord, it lay down under Balaam, and he was angry and beat it with his staff.
28 Then the Lord opened the donkey’s mouth, and it said to Balaam, “What have I done to you to make you beat me these three times?”
5. Restoration of already dishonoured destiny to a more honourable destiny. Jabez is a good example.
1 Chronicles 4:9-10.
And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, Because I bare him with sorrow.
10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.
6. Turning around the fortunes of the Widow of Zarephath.
1 Kings 17:9-16.
7. Holding back of sun and moon for the Israelites led by Joshua to defeat their enemies.
Joshua 10:12-14.
Then spake Joshua to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.
13 And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.
14 And there was no day like that before it or after it, that the Lord hearkened unto the voice of a man: for the Lord fought for Israel.
8. Removing shame and reproach from the afflicted i.e. woman with the issue of blood. Mark 5:25-34.
9. Taming of lion in order to protect Daniel’s life.
Daniel 6:12-27.
Conclusion:
Our God remains the same forever. He cannot change but God can change anything at any time.
Hebrews 7:24
But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.
