Increase and Promotion

Increase and Promotion

Psalm 75:6-7 “For exaltation comes neither from the east nor from the west nor from the south. But God is the Judge: He puts down one, and exalts another.”

By doing your work as unto the Lord, you are sowing a seed for your future. Say to the Lord: I’m sowing this work as seed for my new job, and I’m believing for the best job I’ve ever had!” This attitude helps you to be promoted and will also give you a much better day – you can rejoice because you’re planting seed!

May the LORD bless Nigeria, American and Israel and take care of us; May the LORD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the Lord lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

Success

Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers

Success

I’ve never met a person who did not want to be successful.

The desire to succeed is God-given.

God wants you to be successful.

John writes, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” –3 John 2 (KJV)

That’s what I describe as nothing broken and nothing missing.

That’s your spiritual walk, your emotions, your finances, your job, your health, your relationships, your household and the list goes on and on.

You Are As He Is

Take a moment to imagine how God sees you right now.

Because of Jesus Christ’s finished work at the Cross, God sees us as kings and priests. We are as He (Christ) is in this world.

Doesn’t it make you feel great knowing that God sees the finished product in you?

Remember this feeling because success in life is a journey, not a destination.

There will be times in life when you feel insignificant and down. There will be times when you don’t feel like taking another step.

That’s when you need to say, “I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.”

It’s Not What You Do Once in a While that Makes the Difference

Success doesn’t happen overnight.

In most cases, what we see as the big pay-off is the result of someone’s continual dedication to correct information and association.

That’s why it is critically important to remind yourself of who you are in Christ.

I recommend making this reminder part of your daily routine. I also recommend that you commit to reading your Bible on a daily basis.

I’ve often said that if you want to be a leader, you’ve got to be a reader.

It has never been easier, than in today’s day and age, to renew your mind.

There are audio books, podcasts, YouTube videos, e-books, and countless other forms of high-quality education.

After stretching your mind, you’ll begin to dream bigger and prioritize your life. You’ll regain that get-up-and-go attitude that you thought was lost.

A renewed mind results in a renewed attitude.

You see, success in life depends more on your attitude than it does on your surroundings or the people who are currently causing roadblocks in your life.

I’ve found that unsuccessful people have an attitude of avoidance.

They avoid taking responsibility. They avoid risk. They try to avoid failure.

On the other hand, successful people turn failure into feedback.

They realize that life is a path so they keep moving. They don’t stop to dwell on their mistakes.

Instead of focusing on the negative consequences of failure, they see each setback as a bump in the road to prosperity.

What are you focusing on?

We were doing business with a particular organization and they were doing a great job. Then they began to branch out into other areas.

Soon, they were spreading themselves and their staff so thin, they were unable to perform on the level that earned them our business. Bottom line is, it cost them a client.

The most successful businesses (and people) narrow their focus and concentrate their efforts on the things they do best.

When we branch out and try to be all things to all people, we misplace what makes us great.

There is power in narrowing your focus.

It is through Christ finished work that we are able to do all things.

It is by His blood that we are overcomers.

Focus on Him and you will be successful.

I call you blessed.

May the LORD bless Nigeria, American and Israel and take care of us; May the LORD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the Lord lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

God Takes Pleasure In Meeting Our Needs

God Takes Pleasure In Meeting Our Needs

Matthew 7:11, “If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?”

MATTHEW 7: 9-11

What kind of parent would ever deny their children, the necessities of life? If you have children would you fail to feed them? Or provide for them? Or if they ask you for food would you give them poison instead? Of, course not. This is the point Jesus is making.

God is love (1 Jn. 4:8)! And His love for us is infinitely greater than any loving relationship here on earth. We can apply this truth about God’s love for us to any command or example we find in God’s Word where His standards for relationship are revealed. Be assured that He will much more than meet those standards Himself.

This gives us confidence that, in the same way we respond in love to our children and to those who are in need, our God, who is love, will also respond to us. God is a faithful God, and He will always give us the things that we need.

Today, let the Lord be magnified in your life as Psalm 35:27 says, “Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.” It pleases God to minister to you. Let God have pleasure today by meeting your needs. You have not, because you ask not (James 4:2). God wants you to ask so that you can receive (John 16:24). Believe God. He gets pleasure when you ask Him.

May the LORD bless Nigeria, American and Israel and take care of us; May the LORD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the Lord lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

God is taking care of your finances

God is taking care of your finances!

A land which the LORD thy God careth for: the eyes of the LORD thy
God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the
end of the year

Deuteronomy 11:12

When Moses was talking to Israel about the promised land, He said, “The
eyes of the Lord are on your land.”

God has blessings for you on His mind! Today, God is saying to you, “My eyes
are on your finances. I’m looking at your checkbook just as much as you
are. I’m looking at your financial portfolio, and I see everything you
have. In fact, I’m more involved than you are. I’m working things out
to cause you to increase!”

As long as God’s eyes are on your financial situation, He’s got
blessings for you on His mind.

May the LORD bless Nigeria, American and Israel and take care of us; May the LORD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the Lord lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

Then Isaac sowed in that land and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the Lord blessed him. And the man waxed great

Isaac, A Lover of Peace; as in Genesis 26:12-2...

Then Isaac sowed in that land and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the Lord blessed him. And the man waxed great
[rich], and went forward, and grew until he became very great

Genesis 26:12-13

Living by Faith

Isaac had wanted to escape the famine by going down into Egypt, but God
told him not to go, saying, “You know there’s provision in Egypt, but
let me be your provider. Be obedient to me. If you stay here, I will
cause you to prosper.”

Isaac was already a prosperous man. His father was rich, and he had
everything that belonged to his father. But as a result of Isaac’s
obedience, he grew richer and richer until he became very rich.

God wanted to give Isaac an opportunity to live by faith, not by sight.
If you live by sight, you will reap natural results, but if you live by
faith, you receive supernatural results. God’s going to prosper you,
but the process begins with your getting out of debt and allowing God
to increase you more and more until you become very great.

May the LORD bless Nigeria, American and Israel and take care of us; May the LORD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the Lord lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

Beauty In The Church. Beauty Reflects God

Beauty In The Church. Beauty Reflects God

READ: Exodus 36:1-7

All who are gifted artisans among you shall come and make all that the Lord has commanded. —Exodus 35:10

When we decided to build a new house, we didn’t recruit friends and family who enjoy working with power tools; instead we hired a skilled builder to create something both functional and beautiful.

Beauty in the church building, however, is not always a high priority. Some associate it with impracticality, so anything ornate or decorative is considered wasteful. But that wasn’t God’s attitude when He established a place of worship for the ancient Israelites. He didn’t recruit just anybody to set up an ordinary tent. He appointed skilled craftsmen, Bezalel and Oholiab (Ex. 36:1), to decorate the tabernacle with finely-woven tapestries and intricately designed ornaments (37:17-20).

I think the beauty was important then because it reminded the people of the worth of God in their worship. During the dry and dusty days of desert wanderings, they needed a reminder of God’s majesty.

The beauty created by God’s people in worship settings today can serve the same purpose. We offer God our best talents because He is worthy. Beauty also gives us a glimpse of heaven and whets our appetites for what God is preparing for our future. —Julie Ackerman Link

Lord, whether or not we’re able to worship in a
beautiful place, we ask You to create in us beautiful
hearts that honour You in our times of worship.
You are deserving of all our praise. Amen.

Beauty reflects God.

May the LORD bless Nigeria, American and Israel and take care of us; May the LORD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the Lord lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

Though Your Beginning Was Small, Yet Your Latter End Should Greatly Increase

Resurrection of Christ

Though Your Beginning Was Small, Yet Your Latter End Should Greatly Increase

Small Beginnings

If thou wert pure and of right, surely now He would awake for thee
and make the habitation of thy righteousness prosperous. Though thy
beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase

Job 8:6-7

Some people hear a message on divine prosperity and believe that God
promises this to believers. However, they respond: “Pastor, I come from
a poor family. All I can really hope is that one day I get out of debt.
I’m never going to reach a point of abundance, however, because I have
too far to go.”

Naturally speaking, it seems wise not to get your hopes up. But God
doesn’t care where your starting point is! Job’s friend told him that
if he turned toward God and lived right before God, God would cause his
house to greatly increase and be prosperous. This is true for you, too!

It doesn’t matter where you start from. It just matters whom you hook
up with. According to God’s system and God’s Word, if you stay with God
and do what He tells you to do, your end will be much greater than your
beginning.

May the LORD bless Nigeria, American and Israel and take care of us; May the LORD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the Lord lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

Great Power, Great Grace

Great Power, Great Grace

And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection
of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all

Acts 4:33

Notice the words great grace. The anointing can increase in your life.
The prophet Elisha stayed with Elijah for twenty years, and at the end
of Elijah’s life he asked Elisha what he wanted. Elisha requested a
double portion of the anointing. He knew the value of more and more
anointing.

The anointing is measurable. You can have a little anointing, or you
can have a lot. The more anointing to prosper that you have, the more
of this blessing you will receive on your life. That anointing will
bring more prosperity your way.

May the LORD bless Nigeria, American and Israel and take care of us; May the LORD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the Lord lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!
