Confession prayer for the water of Manna

My Father, I thank You for creating water as part of Your mysterious creation. Thank You Lord, because water is a symbol of the Holy Spirit. Water washes. Water revives. Water satisfies. Water refreshes. Water maintains. Water purifies. Water is growth-producing. My Father, let the power of heaven and the Holy Spirit begin to trouble this water now. I decree by the decree of heaven under the mandate of Calvary, that this water will flush dangerous materials out of my body. It will protect every organ of my body. It will stimulate my immune system. It will cleanse my system internally and externally. It will protect the unborn babies. It will transport the blood of Jesus into every cell of my body. It will evacuate from my body every plantation of darkness. Let the fire of the Holy Ghost, the blood of Jesus and the healing power of God flow into this water. Just as water is a wonder, Father, make me a mysterious wonder. Every stronghold of the enemy in my body be dismantled by this blessed water. Just as water speaks of physical and natural birth (John 3:5), let my life be reinvented by the power of God. Just as the water speaks of the word of God (Eph 5:26), let this water cleanse me from all physical and spiritual pollution. Just as water speaks of purification, let this water purify the totality of my system. Just as healing powers are communicated through water, let my life receive wholeness by drinking this water. Just as water speaks of liberation and refreshment, let my life receive total deliverance, in the name of Jesus. Just as water speaks of fruitfulness, I command fruitfulness upon my life, in the name of Jesus. In the name of the Father, of the Son, of the Holy Spirit, I sanctify this water, in the name of Jesus, Amen!

May GOD bless Nigeria, America and Israel and take care of us; May GOD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the LORD lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

May the grace the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen!

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.  Revelation 12:11 (KJV) Welcome To 2013!

Dearly beloved, it is with great joy that I welcome you to this year – this year is the year you have been waiting for. But guess what? It is also the year God has made a demand on you like never before. God told me clearly that this is our year of overcoming and I declare over your life today that you will overcome in Jesus’ name. But it will not fall on you like a bag of cherries. So I come your way this beautiful morning to wish you a happy New Year – Your year of overcomers. But that is not all, I have also come your way to drop the keys to overcome into your hands.

Our text is very clear on the major keys to overcome; if you look at the scripture again you will see three clear keys:

1. The blood of the lamb
2. The word of your testimony
3. Love not your life unto death

The first key is settled; there is nothing you can do about it. Jesus has paid the supreme price – He shed His blood for you at Calvary. He paid the price that you do not have to pay anymore. Your part is to walk in the victory that He has won on your behalf. Don’t let the devil deceive you or put you in a corner. No matter what you have done in the past, the blood cleanses you from ALL sin – no sin is too big that the blood cannot clean and none is too small that will escape the power of the blood. He died that you may live. He was wounded for your transgression, bruised for your iniquity, the chastisement of your peace was upon Him and by His wounds, you were healed (Is. 53:5).

Don’t allow anyone hold you bound claiming generational curse. Beloved, you belong to the lineage of Jesus, the day you gave your life to Christ, old things passed away and everything became new for you. So walk in the consciousness of the victory you have through the blood of Jesus.

Have Faith In God

Wholehearted belief

Mark 11:12-26
” ‘Have faith in God,’ Jesus answered” (v.22)

A Christian who truly believes in God — not pretends to believe, or half-believes — will inevitably enjoy and experience God’s perfect peace. But what does it mean to believe in God? What are the basic requirements? A Christian believes — and believes wholeheartedly — that Jesus is God and that He is the Saviour of the world (Romans. 10:9). He believes also that the universe is in the keeping of Infinite Wisdom and Infinite Love, and that God is directing the course of his individual life (Psalm. 139:16). He believes, too, that nothing can happen in the universe except as God permits. If it were possible to conceive of anything out of which God could not bring good, then God would not permit it (Romans. 8:28).

A Christian believes, further, that God holds the universe together. Man may be free but his freedom is limited. He cannot extinguish the stars, pluck the sun from the sky, blow the earth to smithereens with atomic explosions, quench love in a parent’s heart, prevent the return of spring or defeat the purpose of God which was revealed at Calvary. God would not allow any of the things I have listed, for they would be contrary to His design for the universe. The peace of a Christian is therefore set deep in the rock of reality. It is based on his complete and utter faith in God.
Prayer:

Gracious and loving Heavenly Father, help me to check on my faith this day and see whether I am really believing or just pretending to believe. I want to be done with all pretence. O Lord, increase my faith, in Jesus Christ Name I pray. Amen!

May GOD bless Nigeria, America and Israel and take care of us; May GOD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the LORD lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

You are God’s child, and God will give you the blessing He promised! Galatians 4:7

I can’t assure you your family will ever give you the blessing you seek—but I know God will!

If your earthly father doesn’t affirm you, then let your Heavenly Father take His place!

It’s one thing to accept Him as LORD, another to recognize Him as Saviour. To recognize God as LORD is to acknowledge that He is sovereign and supreme in the universe. To accept Him as Saviour is to accept His gift of salvation offered on the cross of Calvary.

To regard Him as Father is to go a step further! A father is the one in your life who provides and protects. That is exactly what God has done. He has provided for your needs. Protected you from harm. Adopted you. And He has given you His name! Hallelujah!

May the LORD bless Nigeria, American and Israel and take care of us; May the LORD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the Lord lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

Come Now And Let Us Reason Together Says The LORD

God will wash you clean!

“Come now, and let us reason together, saith The LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool (Isaiah 1:18)

This scripture is undoubtedly one of the most touching statements ever recorded in the Bible. God pleads with His children to allow Him cleanse them of their sins and iniquities. You see, that you’re a Christian doesn’t mean you wouldn’t make any mistakes. You could make mistakes, but what you need to know is that the blood of Jesus is available to wash you from every wrong. It’s available to purify your heart. This is the Gospel!

You don’t have to remain in your sin. There’s the cleansing blood from the Calvary. It’s still working and you can be purified. “If any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ The Righteous” (1 John 2:1). Believe in the Jesus Christ today! He was offered up for your offenses and raised for your justification. He takes responsibility for all your mistakes, all your sins, everything you’ve ever done wrong and will ever do wrong; He takes responsibility for them all. So, you can keep running the faith race without getting weighed down by the load and guilt of sin.

If you’ve committed sin and you know it, obtain forgiveness. There’s a shelf on the way as you’re running the faith race; pick up your forgiveness! Don’t stop and start digging for your sins; don’t let anything stop you from living the good life God pre-arranged for you to live. If you’ve been crying because you did something wrong, God says He has seen your tears; He’s accepting your crying. So, stop blaming yourself because that will only weaken your faith.

The blood of Jesus Christ can purge your conscience – the voice of your human spirit – from every dead works and set you aright to serve the living God (Hebrews 9:13-14). What you need is to believe in that Blood Of The Lamb! Believe in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. That’s The Gospel! Forgiveness of sin for the believer is just as powerful as remission of sin for the sinner. Your sin will not determine what you become, for sin has been judged in Christ Jesus!

Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father!

I thank You because the blood of Jesus Christ guarantees my salvation and total deliverance from sin. I rejoice because I know I serve a God who loves me and sent His precious Son to die for me on account of my sins, thereby absolving me of every guilt and judgement of sin both now and forever, in Jesus Christ Name, Amen!

May the LORD bless Nigeria, American and Israel and take care of us; May the LORD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the Lord lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

Carrying the Cross

“Anyone who does not carry his cross and follow me cannot be my disciple.”

Luke 14:27, NIV

Imagine what it would have been like to be Simon, and to have carried the Cross of Christ while following Him up Calvary.

What would it have been like to have shared in the humiliation of rejection as He was cast out of the city?

What would it have been like to have felt the sticky warmth of His blood from the Cross on your skin?

What would it have been like to have felt the encroaching horror as the place of execution neared?

What would it have been like to have looked up through the sweat that trickled down your face, and seen the executioners who stood waiting impassively with hammers in hand?

What would it have been like to have the burden of the Cross

lifted from your back as someone said, “This is His Cross; you’re free to go now,” and He was nailed to it, not you?

Blessings

Get connected to God, Get connected to His Son Christ Jesus

God is the source of our power. Without the flow of His divine grace, we malfunction and life becomes tedious.

The thing that stops the flow of His grace in our lives is SIN.

Until sin came, man did not know sickness, failure and poverty.

Thank God! The price has been paid for our sins.

Just acknowledge that Christ Jesus died and rose on your behalf.

Accept Him as the Lord and Saviour of your life. You will experience a change in your life.

Say this prayer with me right now:

Lord Jesus Christ! Thank You for dying for me on the cross of Calvary, I ask that you forgive me my sins. You are my Lord and Saviour from today. Thank You for saving me! Amen!!

May the LORD bless Nigeria, American and Israel and take care of us; May the LORD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the Lord lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

The sinless One took on the face of a sinner so that we sinners could take on the face of a saint

Jesus with a royal purple robe mocked and beat...

The sinless One took on the face of a sinner so that we sinners could take on the face of a saint

Though his back was ribboned with wounds, the soldiers loaded the crossbeam on Jesus’ shoulders and marched him to the Place of a Skull and executed him.

Jesus was beaten with whips and handed over to the soldiers to be crucified. The governor’s soldiers took Jesus into the governor’s palace, and they all gathered around him. They took off his clothes and put a red robe on him. Using thorny branches, they made a crown, put it on his head, and put a stick in his right hand. Then the soldiers bowed before Jesus and made fun of him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!” They spat on Jesus. Then they took his stick and began to beat him on the head. After they finished, the soldiers took off the robe and put his own clothes on him again. Then they led him away to be crucified. (Matt. 27:26–31 NCV)

The soldiers’ assignment was simple: Take the Nazarene to the hill and kill him. But they had another idea. They wanted to have some fun first. Strong, rested, armed soldiers encircled an exhausted, nearly dead, Galilean carpenter and beat up on him. The scourging was commanded. The crucifixion was ordered. But who would draw pleasure out of spitting on a half-dead man?

Spitting isn’t intended to hurt the body—it can’t. Spitting is intended to degrade the soul, and it does. What were the soldiers doing? Were they not elevating themselves at the expense of another? They felt big by making Christ look small.

Allow the spit of the soldiers to symbolize the filth in our hearts. And then observe what Jesus does with our filth. He carries it to the cross.

Through the prophet he said, “I did not hide my face from mocking and spitting” (Isa. 50:6 NIV). Mingled with his blood and sweat was the essence of our sin.

God could have deemed otherwise. In God’s plan, Jesus was offered wine for his throat, so why not a towel for his face? Simon carried the cross of Jesus, but he didn’t mop the cheek of Jesus. Angels were a prayer away. Couldn’t they have taken the spittle away?

They could have, but Jesus never commanded them to. For some reason, the One who chose the nails also chose the saliva. Along with the spear and the sponge of man, he bore the spit of man.

The sinless One took on the face of a sinner so that we sinners could take on the face of a saint.

May the LORD bless Nigeria, American and Israel and take care of us; May the LORD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the Lord lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

Husbands loves your wives

HUSBANDS,
LOVE YOUR WIVES

Husbands,
love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave Himself for it
(Ephesians 5:25).

Marriage was
designed by God as a beautiful relationship between husbands and wives. For the
husband, the Bible says he should love his wife “as Christ also loved the Church, and gave Himself for it.” Now,
you know that Christ proved His love for us by the supreme sacrifice of His
life on the cross of Calvary. This gives an indication as to the way and manner
husbands should love their wives: with self-giving and sacrificial love.

That means
the husband ought to be willing to put his wife first, he should protect her,
shield her and be willing to make sacrifices for her. God didn’t make the
husband a taskmaster to his wife, one to be bossing her around and lording over
her. Some husbands love to show their wives who’s boss; if you’re a husband,
you don’t need that. You don’t have to batter or boss your wife into
submission; just love her as Christ loves the church. He loves us, in spite of
our shortcomings and our sins – that’s how husbands ought to love their wives.

The Bible
says,Married men, in the same way, live
with your wives with a clear recognition of the fact that they are weaker than
you. Yet, since you are heirs with them of God’s free gift of life, treat them
with honour; so that your prayers may not be hindered”
(1 Peter 3:7
WNT).  A husband who mistreats his wife
can have his prayers hindered. Things may keep going from bad to worse for him
and he may be crying to God for help, not realizing that his not walking in
love towards his wife is what’s responsible for his dilemma.

PRAYER

Dear Father, thank You for the
beautiful and inspiring thought I’ve received today. I realize now, more than
ever the importance of relating with others with Your love. Thank You for
imparting Your love lavishly to my heart, and making me the expression of that
love, in Jesus Christ Name! Amen!

Our deadly enemies grief and sorrow – satan! devil!!

Stained glass at St John the Baptist's Anglica...

Image via Wikipedia

Many of us, even though we’re believers, have seen grief and
sorrow as such a natural part of life that, we haven’t even questioned them. In
fact, if we’re honest, we’d have to admit there are times when we actually want
to feel sad and sorry for ourselves.

Why would we choose to feel sorrow? Because sorrow has an
emotional kick to it. It offers a surge of felling that, in the beginning
stages, is almost intoxicating.

But grief and sorrow are dangerous things. Several years ago
God showed me that they’re not the innocent emotions we’ve thought they were.
The force behind these emotions are actually spirit beings sent by the devil
himself to kill, steal and destroy.

They are a part of the devastating, satanic barrage Jesus
took on Himself when He died on the Cross (Isaiah 53). He bore grief and
sorrow, so we wouldn’t have to. If they come knocking on your door, remember,
they are not innocent emotions. They are deadly enemies that Jesus already
carried away at Calvary.

Don’t live as those who have no hope. You’re a believer. You
know that Jesus Christ died for you and rose again. That not only gives you
hope where physical death is concerned, it gives you hope in every situation.
Sorrow Not!!!!!!!
