THROUGH FAITH WE UNDERSTAND THAT THE WORLDS WERE FRAMED BY
THE WORD OF GOD

Through faith we
understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of God, so that things which
are seen were not made of things which do appear (Hebrews 11:3)

The Greek word translated “framed” in the opening scripture
is “katartizo” which is to repair,
frame, perfect, mend, or restore. In other words, through faith we understand
that the worlds were repaired, framed, mended, restored and perfected by God.
This lets us understand the power of faith because that was how God framed the
visible world from the unseen.

Another word to study in the opening scripture is “world”,
which is translated from the Greek word “aion”. “Aion” refers to the structure
and administration of one’s life; how things go with you from day to day,
including how they affect your hopes and aspirations. It is the world’s system
with respect to socio-economic structures and environmental management of a
period in human history, including its arts and sciences.

The creation account in the book of Genesis informs us that
God made the whole world by speaking forth His Word. He called forth the light,
land and sea creatures, as well as everything else that He made. He had inside
Him the kind of earth He desired but He needed to speak forth the Word to bring
to pass what He desired. Each time He spoke, the Holy Ghost acted on those
words and caused what God spoke forth to appear.

As God’s children, this is also true about us, for we’re
made in His image and in His likeness. There’s a creative power in us, a
divinely enabled ability to create the kind of life or environment we desire.
We can order the circumstances of life to conform to the image we conceive in
our spirit. We can alter our destinies and change the course of our lives by
speaking words in faith and calling forth the things we desire to see in our
lives.

This is the key to recreating one’s life and living in
victory continually. Start speaking and calling forth today what you want to
see in your life and the Holy Ghost will incubate on your words and make them a
reality. Thus, it doesn’t matter what has happened in your world – your “aion”
– you can recreate your world! You can frame – perfect, mend or restore
everything in your “aion” by declaring faith-filled words.

CONFESSION

Dear Father, I
declare in the Name of Jesus Christ that the lines are falling unto me in
pleasant places; I’m experiencing fruitfulness, peace, prosperity and
productivity in every area of my life, for You have perfected all that concerns
me! Therefore, I experience absolute success and victory today, and declare
that everything in my aion is perfected in line with Your Will and destiny for
my life. Amen!

We Walk By Faith Not By Sight: Miracle

Jesus is considered by scholars such as Weber ...

MIRACLE! WE WALK BY FAITH NOT BY SIGHT

God told Abraham to get up and look beyond the horizon,
because he was going to receive as far as his eyes could see. The man who was
healed of blindness at Bethsaida made a very striking statement before his
sight was completely restored. He said he saw men as trees, walking (Mark
8:22-26).

What you see is dependent on how you see what you see. You
could say, “My money is reducing fast,” or “I still have some money.” You could
also say, “My brother is sick” or “My brother is recovering”.

Jesus instructed the blind man to look up, and placed His
hands on his eyes again and he was restored, totally healed. You might be
praying earnestly for something without getting results. It’s time to look up
and say, “I will lift up my eyes to the
hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made
heaven and earth”
(Psalm 121:1-2).

If you believe your help comes from heaven, begin to see it,
say it, and act it. Stop celebrating the problem. That will only serve to
magnify it. Rather, say, “it is settled. I am walking by faith and not by
sight”. When you look above the problem, you activate faith in God. In that
atmosphere of faith, you’ll get a miracle. Speak what He says, and not what you
see. Then He will be in charge, and He will perform it.

CONFESSION:

I do not look at
visible things that are temporal, but I keep my eyes on Jesus, the Author and
Perfecter of my faith. I walk by faith and not by sight.

Faith, Hope and Love

And now abideth faith, hope, love,
these three, but the greatest of these is love (1 Corinthians 13:13)

Faith, Hope
and Love are the three creative principles of the human spirit. They are also
abiding principles, as indicated in our opening verse. This means that when all
else fail, these tree principles will remain; they’ll never pass away.

Animals
don’t have and can’t exhibit these principles, for they are qualities of the
human spirit. They are factors that help us understand and appreciate the
yearnings of the human nature. They help explain why we are the way we are, and
why we do things the way we do. When you get to understand faith, hope, and
love, you’ll understand yourself much better and also understand things about
God that you never knew.

Like all
laws, these three principles of faith, hope, and love don’t function on their
own; they must be applied or acted upon. Faith, hope and love are in your
spirit, but that doesn’t mean they are going to work on their own. You’re the
one to make a choice to act your faith, to always be hopeful towards God and to
walk in love.

With your
faith, you can do anything (Matthew 17:20): then, Romans 5:5 tells us, that
hope never disappoints.

The reason
hope doesn’t disappoints is that the love of God is shed abroad in our heart by
the Holy Spirit (Romans 5:5). Love in your heart gives life to your faith, for
the Bible says faith works by Love (Galatians 5:6). When you activate these
three principles in your life, you’ll be extraordinarily productive.

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank You for granting
me understanding of faith, hope and love; I function today with these higher
principles of the kingdom, and declare that they’re producing positive
supernatural results as I put them to work
in my life, in Jesus Christ Name, Amen!

Faith Is Based On The Word Of God, Not “Optimism”

So then faith cometh by
hearing, and hearing by the Word of God (Romans 10:17).

The faith that works and produces result is the one that’s
based on God’s Word. Someone may say, “I’m very hopeful and confident about the
future; I’m optimistic that the miracle I’m expecting will come to pass!” as
beautiful as that may sound, it’s not faith. You must have the Word of God as
the basis for your believing and confession, for faith is based on God’s Word;
it’s the response of the human spirit to the Word of God.

Faith is expressed when you act on the Word. The Apostle Paul
expounded in the Book of Romans how Abraham demonstrated strong faith on the
basis of what God told him in Genesis 17:5 “……for
a father of many nations have I made thee”
. hence the Bible says “He staggered
not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving
glory to God” (Romans 4:20). Abraham had God’s Word as evidence and spoke in
agreement with God; that was how his faith prevailed.

Another example is the story of the Syrophenician woman in
mark 7 ; a remarkable example of true faith. Her young daughter had an unclean spirit,
so she came and fell at the feet of the Master and beseeched Him to cast the
devil out her daughter (Mark 7:25-26). But in verse twenty seven, Jesus said to
her, “……let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the
children’s bread, and to cast it unto the dogs.” Her response was “……yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table
eat of the children’s crumbs”
(Mark 7:28). Commending her faith, the Lord
Jesus said “…..For this saying goes thy
way; the devil is gone out of thy daughter. And when she was come to her house,
she found the devil gone out, and her daughter laid upon the bed”
(Mark
7:29-30). Observe that she acted on what Jesus said and went home; when she got
home she found her daughter healed. She didn’t act on mere optimism or impulse
of what she thought would happen, but on the Master’s infallible word.

Mere optimism is not a substitute for faith, for it doesn’t
have its foundation on God’s Word. It doesn’t matter how much you anticipate or
are hopeful for the best possible outcome in an endeavour, it still wouldn’t
work if your hope doesn’t translate to faith. True faith transcends the realms
of human theories, reasoning, impulses and optimism because faith is spiritual
and only come to you through the Word of God. So, for your faith to work and
produce results, it’s got to be based on God’s Word.

PRAYER

DEAR HEAVENLY FATHER, I
REJOICE TODAY AT YOUR WORD THAT’S BUILDING MY FAITH STRONG AND ENRICHING ME IN
ALL THINGS. YOUR WORD IS MY LIFE, AND THE LIGHT THAT SHOWS ME HOW TO WALK IN
THE PATHS OF VICTORY, PROSPERITY AND SUCCESS, FROM DAY TO DAY, IN JESUS CHRIST
NAME, AMEN!

Faith makes the difference

Jesus is considered by scholars such as Weber ...

Image via Wikipedia

Some christians have asked “How do I receive answers to my prayers?” “I’ve prayed and yet nothing happed,” they’ve complained. Some, in frustration, have given up on prayer completely. If only these folks understood the faith-principle, they wouldn’t experience such frustrations.

God didn’t say if you pray hard enough He’ll answer you; rather, He says “whatever you desire when you pray, believe that you receive them and you shall have them”(Mark 11:24). That’s what faith is all about. You must understand that your requests in prayer don’t take God by surprise; He doesn’t start considering whether or not to answer you at the time you’re praying. Matthew 6:8 says “…..your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask Him”.

If He Already knew what you wanted before you asked, it means He already had the answer prepared. So, what is needed to make the answer real to you is your faith. That’s what makes the difference! In addition, in Luke 12:32, Jesus, assuring us of the Father‘s willingness, eagerness and readiness to answer our prayers said, “Fear not, little flock; for it your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.” Therefore, if you asked for somthing and didn’t get the answer when you wanted it, the problem wasn’t with God answering your prayer, perhaps you didn’t know to receive.

God already said when you ask, believe that you receive and you shall have. So, when you put up a request before God, receive what you’re asking for by declaring, “Father I’ve asked for such-and-such, therefore I receive it now in the Name of Jesus.”

Remember, you don’t say “I receive it,” so that you can have it, you receive it because you know and trust that it’s yours Now! That’s faith at work. Faith doesn’t try to get something to happen; faith knows and accepts that it has happened and therefore confess and endorses it to be so NOW!

CONFESSION

I live and walk by faith and not by sight; I’m not moved by what I see, feel or hear; I’m moved only by the Word of God! I declare that my life is going forward and upward only and nothing is impossible unto me. Hallelujah! Amen!
