Prayer For The Grace To Do God’s Will.

Ezekiel_36-26: A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

1-John_5-14: And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us

Lord, Our God, You Know Our Sorrow Better Than We Know It Ourselves.

You Know How Easily Our Fearful Soul Entangles Itself With Untimely And Self-Made Cares.

We Pray, Lord: Let Us Clearly Discern Their Inappropriateness And Scorn Them Proudly, These Busy Self-Made Cares.

But Whatever Care You Do Inflict Upon Us, Let Us Receive It From Your Hand With Humility, And Give Us The Strength To Bear It.

Prayer For The Life Of Righteousness.

Romans_10-10: For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation

Matthew_6-33: But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

2-Timothy_3-16: All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness

1-Peter_2-24: Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed

O Lord God Almighty, Whose Most Blessed Son Burst The Bands Of Death And Rose Again For Us: Grant For His Sake That We May Pass Through The Grave And Gate Of Death To Our Joyful Resurrection.

And, That We May Do So, Make Us While Here On Earth To Rise From The Death Of Sin Unto The Life Of Righteousness; That, Being Risen With Christ, We May Seek Those Things Which Are Above, Where Christ Is Seated At The Right Hand Of God.

May We Set Our Affections On Things Above, Not On Things On The Earth, And May Our Life Be So Hid With Christ In God Now That When He, Who Is Our Life, Shall Appear, We May Also Appear With Him In Glory; Through The Same, Our Only Lord And Savior, Jesus Christ.
